Really like the track, not as nice as Silverstone or Austria for me, still good, hopefully can get another points finish!

2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend.  Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid?
It's a hard call, the only way I can see him with a seat is replacing Palmer. If there isn't a youngster coming in for that seat I could say so.

3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode.  Which game mode do you spend the most time in?
For 2013/14 It was career loved it! For 2016 I really dropped off career I feel due to league racing and interest in other games so mainly in TT and Quick-Race learning things for the league race! In 2017 I suspect to go back to full blown Career nerd get  that Mclaren or Renault back to the top!

2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend.  Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid? I would love to see him make a comeback, although idk how real it will be...maybe he replaces alonso at mclaren haha
3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode.  Which game mode do you spend the most time in? Career for sure

Pre-Race Interview:
I've got my computer up and running with a new/replaced/warrantied PSU.  I also went with another ISP.  It is there fastest internet package at 100Mbs.  It is a heck of a lot faster than what I had before.  My ping times have not really changed, but the Tech guy reminded me that the server everyone has to use for their speed test with PRL is 2, 560 miles away (New York).  Heck, that is almost twice as far as many players in Canada.  Anyhow, my download speed is right at 104Mbs and my upload is much better at about 9 to 10Mbs.  That should be a tremendous improvement over what I had before 6.9 Mbs Down, and 800K up.  The reason I did not go with this faster internet in the past was the cost and reliability (I hope it will be reliable enough to get me through 1 full race, LOL).  100Mbs is also very expensive here, so I'm looking forward to new competition coming to my home town in the near future.  The best of luck to all of you in Hungary:)

1) This week we are at the Hungaroring where downforce reigns supreme.  How do you like this track?  It is okay.  This will be the first race I will be using a faster internet provider.   It will be interesting to say the least.
2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend.  Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid?  Haven't the slightest idea.
3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode.  Which game mode do you spend the most time in?  Multiplayer and quick race are my choices.  Quick race gives me a chance to run 50% races if all I want to do is to run a full qualifying session to see if I can keep up with the big boys.  I use "legend" AI on purpose to see how I am doing because nick, Dark, and some of the other really fast guys are driving at the Legend AI speed level:)  However, there is nothing like just getting on Multiplayer and just racing one after another.  That gives me a good idea of how my car will really handle on any given track.  Today, I raced 24 races in a row, and I actually won the 1st place trophy for all the tracks in a given set.  Yes, can you believe I was actually able to run that many races, in a row, without connection issues?  Maybe my new connection was the way to go... lol

I hate it.

2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend.  Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid?
Almost no chance. He is too old. Even if he comes back he would only race for a few years and most teams want talent that will last. Only way i see even a glimmer of hope is if Palmer gets his contract terminated.

3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode.  Which game mode do you spend the most time in?
Career mode but league racing is the best mode :)

For me it is the opposite of V6. This is my first race now that i live on the west coast so hopefully internet problems dont start now that i moved.

I think with anyone who is racing one week from somewhere which is a new location should need to re-submit a speed test just to make sure everything is good. I know HandyCabbage was seeing Atomic lag around the track a bit and I believe he may have been somewhere different for last race. Just to keep integrity of the league.

That is what I am saying.  I live on the west coast in the USA (America)/APCC.  If a server is going to be used for the purpose of kicking drivers out of the league, than it is unfair for the drivers that live on the west coast to have to ping off a server on the east coast.  Like I said before, it is over 2,500 miles away from me, and the guy that came and installed my modem said the same thing.  The farther you are from the server the larger your ping time, and New York is a long way away where some drivers, or should I go out on a limb here and say "most" of the drivers live half or less my distance from the New York server, and many do not even live in the US, thus much lower ping times.  If a server is going to be used for the purpose of knocking drivers from the league, than I think a more central server should be used.  After all, this is a APCC league. Okay, I am ready for the nasty remarks now....

Well, your reply was not painful, Thanks.  I think at the very least they should move the Internet Speed Test Server somewhere CENTRAL US.

The first speedtest is from West Coast, second from Central USA. So if you have a good internet, it shouldn't be an issue! For those interested, the third one is from South American. So even me with a decent internet connection, I'm having high ping with South America.

Here is my speed test if anyone is interested. It looks a lot like Jerome's west coast to east coast, but my download and upload speeds are significantly improved.

Yes sir Mr. VeSocks....I'm looking forward to it big time.  Heck, I have been without a computer for almost three weeks now, if not more.  I've been doing a lot of experimenting with my new ISP and it really is cool to have the speed for once.  However, the cost increase was substantial to say the least.  Anyhow, Thanks for the cool reception, and yes, I will be there this coming Wednesday:)

I believe that in the future for next season, the speed test for getting into the league will be run from a more centralized position in North America.

I think it is a decent track.  I wish there were more places to overtake, but it really tests your driving skill.

2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend.  Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid?

I really would like to see him back, and I think he will probably be faster than Palmer regardless :P

3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode.  Which game mode do you spend the most time in?

Most of the time I am in TT and quickrace, however I do need to practice online more.

1) This week we are at the Hungaroring where downforce reigns supreme. How do you like this track?
I haven't had much practice on this track, but I like it for the most part. I don't like, however, how narrow it is. I feel like there is no room to track out.

2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend. Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid?
I think it would be great if he could come back. I think there is a shot of him replacing Palmer.

3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode. Which game mode do you spend the most time in?
It used to be career. Now I only have time for practicing using Time Trial and Quick Race.

Better than Silverstone

2) Robert Kubica drove the 2017 Renault car here last weekend.  Do you think he will be back on the F1 Grid?
Don't know anything about real world F1 drama.

3) F1 2017 revealed some more features for career mode.  Which game mode do you spend the most time in?

I like career mode. Even this year wasn't that bad as people say. I like the track assimilation and tire wear features during the practice days. It helped me realize where I was slow and where I was pushing too hard. It taught me how to be smooth which made me slightly quicker.

Also, how do you master turn 4?! It's a blind turn that you can't see the track so when you come out, you're either passed the white line or too slow. That turn will decide who get's what time during the qualifier. Better than a series of turns.... *coughsilverstonecoughturns11/12/13cough* Sorry, need some Halls. Green apple is the best flavour. (Yes I put "our" at the end instead of "or" because Canada bro. (We say bro more than eh) Now I'm just off-topic. GO ICEMAN!! Too soon?

Hey V6 I just got a message from you on steam. We did not start the race yet, I think someone may have just been joking with you. I sent you a message on steam but it looks like you have already signed off. We will wait until 9:05 at least so hopefully you check the forum or your email by that time.

I'm still going to participate in the remaining races but im just letting everyone know that I wont be practicing as much. I put in about 50-60 laps worth of practice every week only to get spun out on a straight. This is a waste of my life so until everyone takes care to what they are doing on the track, i will not be taking this as serious as i used to. I'm already slow as hell, dont need to be kicked out of the race by a careless driver.
