Its pretty meh. Not very exciting in my opinion.

2. What is the one thing you could improve with your driving technique when playing F1?
Learn how to brake with no ABS.

3. If you were on the podium next to Daniel Ricciardo would you do a Shoey with him?
YOLO! Legit answer: Yea, honestly there a lot of things that are more unhealthy and one shoey wouldnt kill you.

1. This week we are at the Red Bull Ring, how do you like this track?
This is one of my favorite tracks on the calendar!  The flow of the track just seems to click with me.

2. What is the one thing you could improve with your driving technique when playing F1?
I think I could probably learn to improve braking a little deeper, but I just hate locking up because it cooks the tires and then it really hurts traction on exit.

3. If you were on the podium next to Daniel Ricciardo would you do a Shoey with him?
HAHA YES as long its not the grape juice they have at Bahrain.

1. This week we are at the Red Bull Ring, how do you like this track? Its so so for me, i nor like or hate this tack.
2. What is the one thing you could improve with your driving technique when playing F1? Avoiding other drivers that like to not give the respect needed to race wheel to wheel, and probably consistency as well
3. If you were on the podium next to Daniel Ricciardo would you do a Shoey with him? Of course.

Another great race in this codemasters game! I was unhappy with my qualifying as i was never able to improve my first lap's time. I would go 3 tenths up in a lap and then mess up somewhere. I still was able to qualify p4 and after some great fighting with Darklol, i worked my way up to p2 by the end of the first lap. The following lap i ran a tiny bit wide when darklol was on the outside and it cause me to spin (my fault). I ended up in p6 and then worked my way back to p2 towards the middle of the race . . . and then my game crashes. Just like in Canada

Started losing it a bit later in the race, penalties and hitting Darklol by accident. Losing my breaking marker tilted me but what a great few laps of battling with AtomicTurtle ... the cleanest and best racing I've had so far this season!

Man I think you might have the worst luck!

You should look in your event log and see if you see any kind of other warning that kind of triggered it.  I believe when dark's game crashed it was something with Cortana and since he has disabled her voice activation it has been good for him.  Not saying it is that exactly but it definitely sounds like something is causing that to happen since it happened multiple times!

My view of the race, very happy with the result, mixed up a caution zone with a flag, and also a bit confused on how i got a warning on the restart but its whatever.
Race starts at 26:05
First pitstop at 29:10
Battle with Shadowless at 32:56
Battle with Paul and Socks at 38:24
Caution Zone that I mistook for a caution flag at 44:05
Caution Flag at 44:50
Pit at 45:45
Weird Stuff under caution at 48:10
Restart and weird warning with Zephyr's AI at 50:55
Final pit at 1:04:30
Turn 2 crash and battle with Darklol at 1:05:20
Not gonna lie, my heart was beating out of my chest in that last battle with you Dark lol (Pun intended)

A pretty boring edit to be honest.  I think I could have done .3 better in quali but it was good enough for pole.  As the race unfolded I was able to get a gap early and then the safety car aligned perfect with my pitstop.  DeadZero seemed like he had a good strategy being able to start on soft.  I think I accidentally forgot to put that overtake in my race edit, but honestly my tires were more newer so there was no fight.  Nice job for the rest of the podium finishers, see you next week at Silverstone!

I'll post my edit in the next day or so. I think I would have had a shot at 3rd place if the SC confusion didn't happen. I should haven't said anything, just wanted an easy pass to battle dark since I was on fresh Super Softs. I think I put up a decent pace with my soft tires against everyone's ultra soft.

Btw nick, your FOV is wiiiiiide. That the natural resolution of your monitor or triple screen? Very useful for non-VR racing.

I have a one of those super wide screen monitors, but unfortunately it is not one of those curved ones!

How the latency? It took my forever to find a 27 inch monitor with 1ms of latency for a decent price

It's just unbelievable...malicious, gross negligence, I don't know or care, it would be great if I could drive a race where someone doesn't ruin it for me, but hey at least the field is consistent...

Looking at that, there's no way that wasn't a lag bump surely ... no one in 5th place who's already on -2 points would do that on purpose. However that does suck for you man. :(

Hey Tron, I really apologize for that, I actually had no idea that hit had happened until I just saw your video. I definitely wouldn't have turned in on you like that on purpose, though from all the way on the outside with my wheels practically on the grass there I may have been starting to turn in for the corner or something. I'd have to agree with Socks that maybe that was some sort of lag bump. That said, I don't have a recording of the race, so I'll take whatever reprimand the stewards may give me. Hope we can have a clean race next time out.
