Round 3: Bannochbrae (July 24)

[li][ID: 556] The Stewards investigated a dangerous situation involving _Dray_ on Lap 2. On Lap 1, Dray was involved in a big accident (not of his own doing), that found is car flipped over and undriveable on the first bridge section. Dray did not return his inoperable vehicle to the pits, and the created a dangerous situation as the leaders drove by on the next lap, in which contact also happened with a few of leaders to Dray's disabled vehicle as visability was low due to the night conditions. So due to creating a dangerous situation by not returning his vehicle to the pits, Dray will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 557] The Stewards investigated contact between SenileJDW and _Dray_ exiting T2 on L1. Dray was the lead car entering T2. Senile made a hard charge on the left side (outside of the turn) to gain an advantage on Dray. However on turn exit, Senile lost the rear of his car and moved to the right side, creating contact with Dray and gaining the position over him with that contact. Due to creating contact to gain a position without returning it, SenileJDW will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

Round 6: Autodromo Nazionale Monza - Short (August 21)
[ul]
[li][ID: 564] The Stewards investigated contact that happened in T1 of L3 between SenileJDW and _Dray_. Senile was the leading car and battling side by side with TheWilderBeast, as Dray followed behind. Going into the braking zone entering T1, Dray carried more momentum and created contact with the rear of Senile's car, causing him to spin. The Stewards reviewed the braking point that Senile used, and deemed he starting braking at an appropriate time, especially considering he was going 2-wide into Turn 1 with another vehicle. Due to that ruling, the Stewards find Dray at-fault with creating contact and will be awarded a 2 point penalty. There will be no extra point for illegally gaining a position without relinquishing since the video provided did not show enough length to determine if Dray slowed to give the spot back or not.[/li]

Round 7: Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (August 28)
[ul]
[li][ID: 567] The Stewards investigated contact between Doge_With_It_420 and BrianMosser88 in T5 of L1. Heading into the braking zone, Doge was the lead car with Brian trailing behind. At the turn in point, Brian did not have any overtake establish on Doge, and went for a move to the inside line. Since no overtake was established, Doge had rights to that inside line, and contact was had between the 2 cars, resulting in each to spin. Per PRL rules, it is the trailing car's responsibility to avoid contact when no overtake is established. Due to that ruling, Brian has been deemed at fault in this incident and will be awarded a 2 point penalty. Brian did give the position back to Doge afterwards, so there is no extra penalty awarded for illegally gaining a position.[/li]

Round 10: Dubai Autodrome GP (September 25)

[li][ID: 581] The Stewards investigated contact between Jajalynx and TheBarneStorm on an unknown lap in T7. Jaja was trailing behind Austin, with Barne trailing behind Jaja. On the apex of T7, Austin caught too much curbing and the his car started to slide. Based on the audio of the video submitted, Jaja hesitated on the throttle, possibly as he could not tell which way Austin's may spin, and that's when Barne created contact with the rear of Jaja's vehicle, causing him to spin. While it is the job of the trailing car not to create contact, the fact that Austin's issue lead to Jaja not accelerating as one would expect and Barne not having a view of Austin's vehicle as he was tucked in behind Jaja make this as a chain reaction event in the judgement of the Stewards. The video also cuts off before it could be seen if Barne made any attempt to give the position back as well. Due to all of those factors, the Stewards will not be awarding a penalty to any driver for this incident.[/li]

[li][ID: 589] For purposely creating contact in the 2nd to last lap to gain a position and to try to create room to make up for an in-game time penalty he received, TheBarneStorm will be awarded a 20 second time penalty on his completion time for the race. Barne will also be placed on probation for this action.[/li]
[li][ID: 590] For purposely wrecking another vehicle after the race in a fashion that interfered with other drivers still competing on their final lap, AustinTaylor4824 will be awarded a 2 point penalty. Austin will also be placed on probation for this action.[/li]
