[li][ID#: 2] A 20 second penalty awarded by the game to Clovis5119 for creating contact with eights at turn 1 on lap 28 will not be removed.  The contact sent eights wide which allowed Clovis5119 to move ahead of eights.[/li]
[li][ID#: 4] For creating contact with Clovis5119 due to failing to leave a cars width at the edge of the track at turn 10 on lap 16, antonio vale will receive a 10 second penalty.[/li]
[li]For selecting Go to Track at the German GP before the Organizer indicated it was okay to do so, antonio vale will receive a 30 second penalty.  Because it cannot be determined what impact a 30 second penalty will have on his race race result, the penalty will be converted to two grid penalties (stay in garage for qualifying).[/li]

[li][ID#: 31] The stewards will take no action in a Lap 2, turn 1 incident where Alex2190 was bumped from behind by antonio vale.  The reason no action will be taken is Alex2190 changed his line in the braking zone, and moved in front of antonio vale.[/li]
[li][ID#: 32] antonio vale will receive a 10 second penalty for failing to hold his line through turn 3 on lap 2.  He went wide and into the line that Alex2190 was entitled to, which resulted in contact, causing Alex2190 to spin.[/li]
[li][ID#: 39] Alex2190 will receive a 10 second penalty for an unsafe track re-entry following the incident described in #39.  Alex let his car roll onto the track backwards while Neutral in an effort to get his car pointed in the right direction as quickly as possible, and this resulted in contact with a car on the racing line.[/li]

[li]For a bump pass at turn 13 on lap 28 that sent iceman153 off track, Disc0Potat0 will receive a 10 second penalty.[/li]
[li]For failing to leave adequate space for iceman153 through turn 9 on Lap 7 after sufficient overlap was established, which saw iceman153 bumped off track, Starm will receive a 15 second penalty.  However because Starm finished a lap down, his time penalty will be converted to a grid penalty for the next race, and he will start from the back of the grid (stay in garage for qualifying).[/li]

[li]jrodna will receive a 20 second penalty for braking rules 4.1 & 4.3 when he attempted to enter the pits while along side ShadowEno.  As jrodna finished a lap down and last, his penalty will be converted to a grid penalty for the next race where he will start from the back of the grid[/li]

[li]The Stewards ruled that the in-game drive through penalty awarded to Robo for a lap 14 incident with crizano was sufficient, and no additional penalty was required.[/li]
[li]Robo will receive a 20 second penalty for a bump pass on crizano on lap 33.[/li]

[li]For a bump pass at turn 10 of Lap 25 that sent Carlos Danger into the wall, causing him to damage his front wing, ianstorm101 will receive a 20 second penalty.[/li]

[li][ID#: 3] crizano's request to have his disqualification removed has been denied by the stewards.  Though the stewards are aware that cutting the corner would have had no impact on the race results, there does not appear to have been any attempt to take the corner properly.[/li]

[li]sfoo60 will receive a 10 second penalty for failing to brake in time for turn 1 which resulted in him bumping javaniceday and woolfman43.  lms87 will not receive a penalty for this incident, though he was also investigated.  While it looks like lms87 also made contact with the Ferrari of woolfman43, this contact was deemed to be a result of the Ferrari already starting to spin due to being hit by sfoo60.  Because sfoo60 finished a lap down, it's indeterminable what impact a 10 second penalty will have on his race result, so this penalty will be converted to a grid penalty at Monaco[/li]

[li]woolfman43 will receive a 20 second penalty for passing PhilCiborowski before the start/finish line during a rolling start.  Because it cannot be determined what impact a 20 second penalty would have on woolfman43 (next car finished +1 lap down), the penalty will be converted to a grid penalty for the next race.[/li]

[li]For a bump pass on woolfman43 on turn 15, lap 15, lglopezh will receive a 10 second penalty.[/li]
[li]For a bump pass on jeromef1 on turn 15, lap 25, lglopezh will receive a 10 second penalty.[/li]

[li][ID#: 6] The stewards investigated contact between lglopezh and jeromef1 at turn 1 on lap 6.  However, there is contact on lglopezh's video, but not on jeromef1's so this is deemed a sync issue and no further action will be taken.  Drivers are asked to keep potential sync issues in mind while attempting overtakes by leaving extra space between cars.[/li]
[li][ID#: 7] The stewards investigated a potential unsafe track entry by lms87 at turn 11 on lap 20 which resulted in a collision with lglopezh.  However, it was determined that lms87 lost control of his car and he had not regained control when his car came back on track.  He did not have an opportunity to come back on track safely or avoid the incident.  Therefore, unsafe track re-entry rules do not apply and it is deemed a racing incident.[/li]

Italy
[ul]
[li][ID#: 18] The Stewards reviewed a bump by nickthequick which sent PhilCiborowski off track at turn 11 on lap 2.  The severity of the incident warranted a 20 second penalty, but because nickthequick waited to give the place back, the penalty is reduced to 10 seconds.  The game already awarded nickthequick a 10 second penalty for the incident, so the Stewards will award no further penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 19] The stewards have awarded a 20 second penalty to jeromef1 for bumping jackal78 off track at the turn 4/5 chicane on lap 4 and for failing to wait to give the place back.[/li]
