[li][ID#: 45] The Stewards investigated an incident between iceman153 & Tally on Lap 2, Turn 6. Each drivers video showed a different perspective of the incident.  iceman153's perspective showed he didn't leave enough space at the left of the track, and the contact occurred at that point, before turn in.  Tally's perspective showed he had been left enough space, and contact occurred mid-corner.  In light of the sync issues, no action will be taken.[/li]
[li][ID#: 45 Appeal ([ID#: 53])] The Stewards decision for the incident between Tally & iceman153  [ID#: 45]was appealed by Tally.  Upon further review, the Stewards realized a violation of the rules by iceman153 had been overlooked.  At turn 5, iceman153 had all 4 tires off track, and by cutting the corner, he was able to get alongside Tally and into a passing position before the incident.  In light of this, iceman153 will be awarded a 20 second penalty.  Additionally, the Stewards Report had stated that Tally had not been left enough space at the edge of the circuit at the turn in point for turn 6. No penalty had been awarded for that, but after a further careful analysis, it was determined there was enough space left, so no penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID#: 47] The Stewards investigated whether nickthequick illegally blocked farsite during qualifying.  It was determined that nickthequick was not actually on the circuit and the AI were in control of his car due to a game bug, so no action will be taken.[/li]
[li][ID#: 48] The Stewards investigated a potential illegal defensive move by iceman153 against farsite.  iceman153 made one defensive move by moving off the racing line to defend the inside, and he then returned to the racing line before the corner.  He did not leave a cars width at the edge of the track, but was not required to do so as farsite was not close enough to iceman153 for it to be considered a defensive move.  No action will be taken.[/li]
[li][ID#: 49] Parnace was determined to have broken the formation lap speed limit and will be awarded a 10 second penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 50] The Stewards investigated an incident between Slavic_Donut, Darklol, and jeromef1 on Lap 4, turn 13.  Darklol turned in on Slavic_Donut, but the contact was minor, and didn't negatively impact Slavic_Donut to any significant degree.  However, because the contact did send Slavic_Donut more toward the middle of the track, he was then in the path of jeromef1, who was attemping to take advantage and pass them both.  This is classified as a racing incident, and no further action will be taken.[/li]

[li][ID#: 63] Parnace has been stripped of all points, disqualified from the championship, and given a lifetime ban from PRL for cheating.[/li]

[li][ID#: 66] The Stewards investigated a potential unsafe rejoin and/or blocking by nickthequick between turn 3 and 4 on lap 13.  The Stewards determined nickthequick rejoined the circuit in a safe manner as he still had the momentum for there not to be a significant speed difference between he and farsite who was approaching from behind.  On farsite's video, it appeared as if nickthequick made a late blocking move to the right, but on nickthequick's video, it appeared as if he was actually steering to the left to avoid farsite on the right, i.e. some sync issues were present.  No penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID#: 67] On lap 16, turn 10, jeromef1 braked too late and made minor contact with farsite.  This allowed jeromef1 to take the position, but because he immediately lifted to give the position back, no penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID#: 68] For bumping farsite at turn 1 on lap 17, which caused him to go wide, jeromef1 will receive a 10 second penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 69] The Stewards investigated a potential incident between farisite and jeromef1 at turn 9 on lap 20.  jeromef1 appeared to not leave any space at the edge of the circuit for farsite, but because farsite had fully left the circuit (all four tires outside the white lines), he was not entitled to the space on the circuit until it was safe to rejoin.  There was no evidence that farsite was forced off the circuit.  No penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID#: 70] No action will be taken in a lap 26, turn 1 incident between farsite and jeromef1, as farsite's video showed minor contact whereas jeromef1's did not.  Furthermore, farsite was ahead going into the corner and retain the position.  No penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID#: 71] The stewards investigated whether a lap 27 turn 1 defensive move by jeromef1 against farsite was legal.  While jeromef1 did have all four tires off track at turn 2,  this isn't believed to have impact the positions, and it was an isolated incident, rather than a repeated one, by jeromef1.  No penalty will be awarded.[/li]

[ul]
[li][ID#: 79] The Stewards investigated contact between Tally & farsite at turn 16 on lap 18.  After a thorough investigation of both drivers videos, it was determined that each driver was equally at fault for the incident.  Tally, on the left, moved to the right, while farsite on the right moved to the left.  In light of this, no penalty will be awarded.  However, the game did award Tally a 20 second penalty so this penalty will be removed since the Stewards didn't feel it was warranted.[/li]
[li][ID#: 79 Appeal] The Stewards received an appeal for the prior decision for this incident, and upon further review, it was determined there was an error in the stewarding process as one of the stewards involved in the investigation had been unaware video evidence from farsite had been submitted.  Upon reviewing the evidence, it was agreed that Tally's penalty was warranted as he drifted right and into farsite, whereas farsite's movement to the left was not what was previously believed.[/li]
[li][ID#: 80] faviou2 was found guilty of forcing iceman off track between turns 11 and 12 on lap 18*.[/li]
[li][ID#: 81] faviou2 was found guilty of forcing darklol off track between turns 17 and 18 on lap 17*.[/li]
[li][ID#: 82] The Stewards investigated a possible bump pass by one of the Williams drivers against farsite.  After careful review of both Tally & nickthequick's videos, it was clear that neither of them made contact with farsite, so this will be deemed a sync issue, and no action will be taken.[/li]
[li][ID#: 83] faviou2 was found guilty of a bump pass on farsite at turn 5 on lap 6*.[/li]
[li][ID#: 84] faviou2 was found guilty of forcing farsite off track between turns 17 and 18 on lap 20*.[/li]

[li][ID#: 87] [For speeding on the formation lap and for a jump start where he began racing significantly before he was permitted to do so, iceman153 will receive a 30 second penalty.  The breakdown is 10 seconds for speeding, and 20 seconds for the jump start.[/li]
[li][ID#: 87 Appeal] iceman153 appealed the decision for this incident listing several points of contention including:  jerome forced him to speed due to his close proximity, slowing down would have created more confusion, the advantage gained was minimal.  Though the stewards acknowledge the points being made, none of them excuse the fact that iceman153 did speed several times during the formation lap and did jump the start.  Therefore, the initial penalties awarded were determined to be appropriate and will stand.
[ID#: 88] The Stewards received a protest for a formation lap speeding violation by all drivers in the race.  Due to iceman153 speeding on the formation lap, all drivers were forced to break one of two rules; speeding on the formation lap, or not maintaining a 3-5 car length gap to the car ahead.  Therefore, since breaking a rule was unavoidable, no penalties will be awarded to anyone but iceman153, who has already been penalized per Incident #87.
[ID#: 89] The Stewards received a protest for a a jump start violation by all drivers in the race.  Due to iceman153 starting to race before he was allowed to, all drivers were forced to break one of two rules; starting to race before they were allowed to, or not maintaining a 3-5 car length gap to the car ahead.  Therefore, since breaking a rule was unavoidable, no penalties will be awarded to anyone but iceman153, who has already been penalized per Incident #87.
[ID#: 90] The Stewards investigated whether jeromef1 failed to maintain 3-5 car lengths of space to the car ahead.  After reviewing the evidence, it's clear that jeromef1 did not maintain the required gap to iceman153, but since iceman153 broke the speed limit on several occasions and did not maintain a constant speed, it was not reasonable to expect jeromef1 to be able to do this.  However, the Stewards do believe that jeromef1 could have reacted a little faster to some of the changes in speed by iceman153, and will therefore receive an official warning.[/li]
[li][ID#: 90 Appeal] iceman153 appealed the decision for Incident #90 as he felt a warning was not a sufficient penalty because jeromef1 could have and should have done more to maintain a 3-5 car gap to the car in front.  After reviewing the incident with an extended stewarding team, it was decided the original decision of a warning was appropriate given the unusual circumstances of the lead car not maintaining a constant speed during the formation lap.[/li]

[li][ID#: 98] The Stewards reviewed contact between Darklol & iceman153 while approaching the final turn on lap 28, which resulted in Darklol going off track and into the gravel.  While the Stewards only had video from Darklol, it was clear from Darklol's mirrors and arrow indicators, that iceman153 had positioned his car alongside Darklol's.  Darklol kept moving over toward iceman153, leaving him no space at the edge of the track, and he eventually created contact with iceman153.  The impact to iceman153 was negligible, whereas the impact to Darklol was significant, so the Stewards felt this was penalty enough, and no further action will be taken.[/li]
[li][ID#: 98 Appeal] The Stewards received an appeal from Darklol to the original stewards decision for this incident.  An extended Stewarding team reviewed the incident and appeal.  All Stewards agreed that iceman153 had established sufficient overlap (front wheels alongside the rear wheels of the car ahead) as shown in Darklol's mirrors, and by his arrow indicators.  The Stewards provide evidence, in the form of a screenshot taken from Darklol's own video.  It is from the moment immediately before impact, showing that Darklol had not left enough space between his car and the edge of the track for iceman153.  It also shows that Darklol is still moving to the right, which he was not entitled to do (Rule 8.1, 9.5).  In light of this, the original decision will stand.[/li]

[li][ID#: 74] The Stewards Investigated contact between hansino & Socks on Lap 4, turn 13.  From hansino's perspective, it appeared Socks was along-side him, but hansino did not leave a cars width of space on the inside of the corner.  hansino was given an in-game drive through penalty as a result, and the Stewards feel this was warranted, and no further action will be taken.  The Stewards also reviewed a post race conversation about the incident between the two drivers, and both drivers are reminded to be respectful of each other.  While we are not going as far to call what either driver said "verbal abuse", subsequent conversations of this nature may result in a penalty.  Consider this a formal warning.[/li]

[li][ID#: 56] The Stewards investigated a bump pass by Splendid against hardcore on lap 2, turn 14.  While hardcore did take the place back at turn 2 on the following lap, it wasn't clear to the Stewards that Spendid was intentionally giving the place back, and he is therefore awarded a 20 second penalty.  Because Splendid finished a lap down, this will be converted to a grid penalty at the next race, and he will remain in the garage during qualifying.[/li]

[li][ID#: 57] Dydy2race will be awarded a 20 second penalty for not yielding and for driving into Elite Panzon while attempting to enter the pits.  Because Dydy2race was a lap down, this will be converted to a grid penalty at the next race and he will stay in the garage during qualifying.[/li]

[li][ID#: 65] Updated:  Belmag's 10 second penalty for overtaking while behind the safety car will be removed as Belmag immediately gave the place back.[/li]
[li][ID#: 73] jackal78 will have a 10 second penalty removed for overtaking while behind the safety car.  The "illegal" overtake was caused by Belmag passing jackal78, and then slowing to allow jackal78 to retake the position.  flyronflyk will not have a 10 second penalty removed for overtaking while behind the safety car as there was no video evidence he incurred the penalty at that point of the race.[/li]

[li][ID#: 76] The Stewards investigated whether Belmag bumped Pat Lessard off track at turn 1 on the first racing lap (lap 2 due to formation lap).  Belmag was side by side with Pat Lessard when the contact occured, so he was entitled to that line.  It appears Pat Lessard was attempting to hit the apex, even though Belmag was on his inside, and this is why the contact occured.  Belmag does drift wide, but this is after the contact occurs, and plays no part on the incident.  No action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]
[li][ID#: 76 Appeal] The Stewards received an appeal for the Incident #76 decision (no action taken).  An extended Stewarding team reviewed the original protest, decision, and appeal.  The Stewards have decided the original decision will stand.  Sufficient overlap was established, so that both drivers were entitled to space around the corner.  However, at the point of contact, Belmag was on the right of the track, aiming for the turn 1 apex, and had left ample room on the left of the track for Pat Lessard when Pat turned into him.  Belmag drifting wide after the contact is irrelevant, as the incident had already occurred.[/li]

[li][ID#: 94] bannerexpress will receive a 20 second penalty for failing to adhere to corner rights at turn 10 on lap 2.  bannerexpress had not established sufficient overlap to be entitled to the inside line vs jackal78, yet he went for the inside, braked too late, and bumped jackal78 off track.  Because the impact of a 20 second penalty on bannerexpress's finishing position, the penalty will be converted to a grid penalty for his next race start.[/li]
[li][ID#: 95] moctum will be awarded a penalty for hitting the back of Elite Panzon at turn 1 on lap 22 which caused him to spin.  Because moctum waited for Elite Panzon to resume racing, so that he did not gain a place, the penalty will be 10 seconds, rather than 20.[/li]
