Round 3: Bahrain - Bahrain International Circuit (14Oct17 @ 7pm BST)
[ul]
[li][ID: 437] The Stewards investigated a Turn 2, Lap 24 incident involving xDannyy420 and Garydonegan35. Danny gained momentum down the DRS front stretch and held the inside lane through Turn 1 with no issues between the 2 drivers. As they approached the turn in of Turn 2, contact was made with the front of Gary's car and the rear of Danny's, causing Gary a half spin and Danny a full spin. The turn in for Turn 2 is a flat out turn, so this would not be a matter of Gary dive bombing in under braking on Danny. Due to only having Danny's POV, it was inconclusive as to see if Danny cut across the nose of Gary, if full overtake had not been established. By Danny's POV, you could see Gary was not fully synced with Danny and bouncing forwards and backwards on the straight. Also as they approached Turn 2, you could see the car proximity arrow go for red, to white, to red indicating that the same sync issue could possibly be happening at that point as well. So due to inconclusive evidence and not being able to tell if it was just a sync issue or if Danny violated lane rights and turned in too soon, the Stewards have deemed this a racing incident and no one will be penalized for this incident.[/li]

[li][ID: 445] The Stewards investigated an incident on Lap 19. Past Turn 1, Dannerman53 lost control of his vehicle exiting pit road and was swerving down the straight. This created contact with ArmyTricks, who was attempting to lap Danner at that time. This contact lead to a broken wing for Army. Due to not having control of his vehicle and creating contact with another vehicle, Danner will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
There was a 2nd incident between the 2 drivers in Turn 3 of the same lap. Toward the exit of Turn 3, Danner was already in the wall and did not make a movement off of the wall. Army tried to overtake Danner, but contact was made and Army received terminal damage. In this incident, Danner did not veer from the wall nor unsafely got onto the brakes, and the main culprit of the contact was the wing damage of Army and his car not handling like he wanted it to. This situation has been deemed a racing incident and no points will be penalized for this contact.[/ul]

Round 7: Canada - Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (18Nov17 @ 7pm GMT)

[li][ID: 450] The Stewards investigated contact between Rikkurich and Michalangelo53 entering the final chicane on Lap 8. Coming off of Turn 10 and down the entire straight away there after, Rikku had several car-lengths advantage over Michael heading into the final chicane. The Stewards have determine that Rikku did brake adequately (not an early or brake check) and did attempt a turn in at a proper angle. Michael was trying to enter pit road and rear-ended Rikku, which spun him into the Wall of Champions and created severe nose damage and loss of several positions. Due to creating contact with a change of position, Michaelangelo53 will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 451] For breaking Rule 2.14 and intentionally wrecking himself during a race and detrimental conduct/language towards another driver during a stream, Smithy has been suspended from Round 9:Austria.[/li]
[li][ID: 452] The Stewards investigated contact between Smithy and Grelofumy on Turn 1 of Lap 1. Off of the start, it can be viewed in Smithy's mirrors that Grelo (who started 2 rows back of Smithy), made a hard dive between Yhyy and Gary in the braking zone heading to Turn 1. That hard dive between the 2 cars caused Grelo to run into the back of Smithy. Now the Stewards could not confidently confirm that Grelo's contact with Smithy forced Smithy into King, which resulted in nose damage, as Smithy was continuously catching up to King before the contact took place. The Stewards are ruling this judgement squarely on the dangerous dive into Turn 1 that Grelo made that caused the contact with Smithy and put others in harms way. So, due to creating contact with another vehicle, Grelo will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 455] RacingatHome has asked the Stewards to remove the 5 second Stop and Go penalty that the games assessed him for "passing under yellow" after Turn 1 of Lap 1 then other cars collected themselves in an accident in front of Racing. It has always been the stance of the Steward team that we will not overrule the game's ruling on corner cuts or time penalties due to the fact the car chiefs communicate penalty information to other drivers, which may affect the way then drivers would attack and pace knowing that they would only have to be within a certain delta and not risk damage or worse for an overtake.[/li]
[li][ID: 456] The Stewards investigated a reported "Impeding another driver in Qualifying" claim against JoeFane6 from Xjari-075. Joe was on his hot lap like Xjari, and did not make any erratic maneuvers or brake checks. Joe was well within his right to put down his own qualifying lap and is not at liberty to just move over for a "faster car" that was behind him, who did not establish any overtake at all in the previous corners. No penalties will be assessed for this report.[/li]
[li][ID: 457] The Stewards investigated a report against xMikexSI for contact in Turn 1 of Lap 1. At the point that Mike made contact with anyone, the accident in front of him had already started. The Stewards have deemed this request as a racing incident as part of chain reaction series of events and no penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID: 458] For creating contact multiple times to Xjari-075 on Lap 15 and crowding on Lap 26 that lead to terminal damage for himself, the Stewards have awarded EduardT a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 459] The Stewards investigated contact between F1Racer09 and Grelofumy before Turn 2 on Lap 1. Grelo took the right side of the straight (this would be the inside approach into Turn 2) and made it a 3-wide situation with F1Racer as the middle driver. Grelo would try to arch out in an attempt to get a better corner angle, however was not clear of F1Racer and turned into him and created wing damage for F1Racer. Grelo did not complete the overtake before the contact, nor fully gave the position back to F1Racer and would complete the pass past Turn 2. So, for creating contact that lead to an overtake without giving the position back, Grelofumy will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID 460] For deliberately wrecking out in qualifying which is direct violation of Rule 5.1, xXCarrexX will receive a 30 second penalty assessed against his final race time and will lose the appropriate amount of positions based on the final times.[/li]

[li][ID: 466] The Stewards investigated an incident in Turn 3 of Lap 1 involving EduardT. In the wet conditions, Eduard just missed very badly on the braking point entering Turn 3 and made contact with several cars and illegally gained a position without giving the spot back, which PRL rules state you must do when overtaking due to creating contact. Due to that infraction, EduardT will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

Round 11: Hungary - Hungaroring (16Dec17 @ 7pm GMT)
[ul]
[li][ID 469] The Stewards investigated an incident that took place on the lead up to Turn 4 of Lap 1 between V5HRL and Darius RS. Exiting Turn 3, V5 was leading Darius and took the middle of the straight while Darius went to the right in an attempt to establish overtake. Leading up to Turn 4, V5 merged to the right to gain a better corner entry, however a little bit of Darius's front wing was aligned with V5's rear wheel. This caused contact between the 2 drivers and both losing positions when neither could take Turn 4 properly. Due to the car indicator light changing from white to red several time on the straight, the Stewards were not able to rule out the possibility of this being a netcode incident. Due to that fact, this has been deemed a racing incident and no penalty will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID: 470] The Stewards investigated contact between Danneman5e and V5HRL in the final Turn of Lap 23. Danne was the lead car on the left side of the short chute while V5 was on the right. V5 did not establish any amount of overtake leading into the braking zone. V5 attempted a late brake to gain in the inside line of the turn, but his car would not have any traction (those the wheels were clearly turned) and slid up into Danne, causing Danne to spin and V5 to gain the position. Due to creating contact that lead to an overtake, V5HRL will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 475] The Stewards investigated a report of ERL_Falcon holding up XxCarrexX06 during the closing time of qualifying. While it appeared on Carre's screens that Falcon was just riding around in the racing groove, Falcon had already given up control of his car to the AI at this point and the game did not ghost the car out. Due to this being a game issue and not a driver issue, no penalties will be awarded in this situation.[/li]
[li][ID: 476] There was a request to the Stewards to review contact that happened in T1 of L1 in which cars were 4-wide, with contact being made by the inside cars and the outside cars getting push wide on exit. Due to insufficient video evidence, the Stewards could not assign blame with 100% certainty in this matter and have no choice but to label this a racing deal.[/li]

Round 13: Italy - Autodromo Nazionale Monza (13Jan18 @ 7pm GMT)

[li][ID 481] The Stewards investigated contact exiting T10 of L20 between Xjari-075 and EduardT. EduardT was at the tail of the lead lap with Xjari closing in. Eduard received the blue flag on the previous straight away, but was trying to make it past Ascari before moving over for the leader. On the exit of T10, Eduard got off the gas to serve the blue flag, but was still in proximity to the racing line, in which Xjari rear-ended him, causing damage to both vehicle. Due to unsafely slowing down near the racing line, Eduard will be awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 482] The Stewards were asked to review what a driver thought was an "unjustified in-game time penalty" at Monza. It has been a long standing point of PRL Stewarding that we do not reverse in game penalties. The biggest reason being that the game communicates to other drivers who has penalties around them, thus which may effect the way they drive since they may only need to be in a certain delta, and not need to make an actual overtake. Also, there is the circumstance that there may have been a few corner cuts to lead the game into giving an instant penalty instead of allowing the driver to slow down to avoid the penalty. Due to that scenario, that would require the Stewarding team to watch the entire race from that driver's POV, which is an unreasonable ask just to verify something that we all allow the game to police in the first place. No actions will be taken to remove the in-game time penalty.[/li]
