[li][ID#: 355] For failing to overtake Backmarker EB safely, by pulling back onto the racing line before completing the pass which caused a collision, and for not waiting to relinquish the position gained, V6onyourtail will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 356] For failing to safely rejoin the racing line after going off track at turn 12 on lap 6, which resulted in a collision with LAcadien, DEADZERO will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 357] Lucas90Romano was found guilty of creating contact with V6onyourtail while attempting to pass him at the last corner of the last lap.  This resulted in Lucas90Romano illegally gaining a position, which he did not relinquish before the checkered flag.  As a result, the Stewards are promoting V6onyourtail back to 3rd, while Lucas90Romano will be demoted back to 4th. Organizers, please apply a 20 second penalty to Lucas90Romano to facilitate this.[/li]
[li][ID#: 358] Lucas90Romano was found guilty of failing to adhere to corner rights at turn 13 on lap 3.  patlessard legally obtained and maintained sufficient overlap on the inside of the corner, but on corner exit, Lucas90Romano moved to the inside of the track, creating contact with patlessard, and causing him to spin and hit the wall.  Lucas90Romano will consequently be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 359] For colliding with patlessard after failing to leave enough space at the edge of the track  on the approach to turn 13 on lap 8, kevmanw430 will be awarded a 2 point penalty.  patlessard had legally established sufficient overlap.[/li]

[li][ID#: 361] For failing to adhere to corner rights at turn 1 on lap 1, by moving to the inside when V6onyourtail was there, and for creating contact and a collision, patlesssard will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 361 Appeal] An extended Stewards Panel reviewed an Appeal to the 361 decision, but were able to reach unanimous agreement that the original decision would stand based on the following:  V6onyourtail was moving slightly right and away from patlessard at the time of the incident.  patlessard was also turning right, but much more significantly than V6onyourtail, as shown by his wheel inputs and tires, so patlessard was moving toward him.  Additionally, patlessard had ample space around the outside of the corner, and was required to use it to avoid a collision.  V6onyourtail could have done nothing more to avoid the incident whereas patlessard could.[/li]

Round 4: Russia - Sochi Autodrom (14Jun17 @ 9pm EDT)

[ul]
[li][ID#: 367] The Stewards investigated a last lap incident between Plasmaraider & LAcadien at turn 15.  From the evidence provided, from one driver only, it cannot be determined if sufficient overlap was established by Plasmaraider before the turn in point.  Furthermore, while it appears one driver fails to leave adequate space on the inside of the corner, it appears the other fails to leave adequate space at corner exit, but without being able to tell if both drivers were legally entitled to be there, this point is irrelevant.  Without conclusive evidence, no action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]

Round 5: Spain - Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (21Jun17 @ 9pm EDT)
[ul]
[li][ID#: 372] An undetermined Sauber & Mercedes driver were investigated for impeding Lucas90Romano on the approach to turn 13 in qualifying.  While both cars could have done more to move out of the way, and may have been a distraction, Lucas90Romamo ultimately locked up and missed the corner, which was not directly caused by any other driver.  No action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]
[li][ID#: 374] A protest against MarcoYazbek was submitted based on his admission to colliding with two drivers in qualifying.  Unfortunately, without video evidence, the incident cannot be assessed in order to award an appropriate penalty.  Therefore, no action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]

Round 8: Azerbaijan - Baku City Circuit (19Jul17 @ 9pm EDT)
[ul]
[li][ID#: 394] After going wide and off track at turn 1 on lap 2, Zephyr was deemed to have rejoined the circuit unsafely and into the path of Plasmaraider, which resulted in Plasmaraider spinning into the wall and losing his front wing.  As a result, Zephyr will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 395] No action will be taken in a lap 8 turn 1 incident between Plasmaraider & Piboye and it will be deemed a racing incident.  Each driver could have left more space for the other on turn in and mid corner.  It was at mid corner that contact occurred, and by corner exit, Plasmaraider was ahead and had the space to fully track out, so this isn't deemed to be forcing another driver off track; rather an equal violation of corner rights by each driver by not maintaining the outside/inside line.[/li]

Round 9: Austria - Red Bull Ring (26Jul17 @ 9pm EDT)
[ul]
[li][ID#: 404] The Stewards investigated contact between Tron4949 & kevmanw430 on the approach to turn 8 on lap 20.  Unfortunately, video is only available from Tron4949, and not from kevmanw430, but Tron4949's footage shows a questionable, if not malicious move by kevmanw430 to the right after Tron4949 had established sufficient overlap on the approach to the corner.  The move results in significant contact which causes Tron4949 to spin and crash into the wall, damaging his front wing in the process, as well as the loss of multiple positions.  Unless it was a defensive move, there was no reason for kevmanw430 to move to the right at that point in time.  If it were a defensive move, it was incredibly and dangerously late, or caused by significant sync issues.  As we can only go by the video evidence provided (no evidence of sync issues), we have to assume it was either careless or malicious.  However, as kevmanw430 has a long history of racing at PRL, with no significant incidents to his name, never mind anything malicious, no DSQ's or worse will be awarded.  Rather, kevmanw430 will receive a 5 point penalty.  However, further violations of this nature will result in DSQ's or race bans at a minimum.[/li]

Round 11: Hungary - Hungaroring (09Aug17 @ 9pm EDT)
[ul]
[li][ID#: 408] The Steward investigated several reports of contact being made by Deadzero. The video evidence supplied showed minor contact that happened in corner entry braking zones. Of the contact that was submitted, no positions or time was lost to the drivers who were touched, and no time or position advantages were gained by Deadzero due to the contacts (it appears also he was the only driver to take damage in the incidents questioned). No actions will be taken by the Stewards, we just ask to be mindful of braking points when following a car closely entering a turn.[/li]
[li][ID#: 409] The Stewards investigated a report of VeXSocks dangerously rejoining the track in front of other vehicles. On the exit of Turn 7 on Lap 2, VeXSocks right tyres got into the grass and caused the car to temporarily lose control, but not spin. By the time VeXSocks regained control of his car, he was occupying the left side of the track, and gave more than a car width's worth of space to the right side of the track leading up and through the exit of Turn 8. No action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]
[li][ID#: 410] For failing to adhere to corner rights rules by not leaving enough space on the inside for Shadowless at turn 9 on lap 2, for subsequently causing a collision and causing himself and Shadowless to spin, VeXSocks will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID#s: 413,415&418] Due to multiple instances of late maneuvers that lead to contact and damage of other vehicles and illegal blocking by making too many moves, Plasmaraider will have his points and finishing position DSQ.[/li]
