Protest

All protests relating to a racing incident must be submitted within 48 hours of event completion by filling up the following form.

Appeals

[li]All appeals must be submitted within 48 hours of the publication of the Stewards Report as follows:
[ul]
[li]Send an email to stewards@precisionracingleague.com[/li]
[li]The subject line must be in the following format: Appeal: [Investigation ID][/li]
[li]List your PRL username in the body text[/li]
[li]Your e-mail must explain why you feel the initial decision by the Stewards was wrong.[/li]
[/ul]
[/li]
[li]Appeals shall be reasonable, logical, based on sound evidence, and related to the PRL Racing Rules.[/li]
[li]Appeals that are frivolous, incorrectly submitted, or late will be dismissed.  Repeated appeals of this nature will result in disciplinary action.[/li]
[li]Only one appeal per incident is permitted.[/li]
[li]The Appeal will be reviewed by an extended PRL Stewarding team, and a decision will be announced in the respective championship’s Stewards Reports thread.[/li]
[li]Appeals that are unsuccessful will force a 90 day period where the driver submitting the appeal is ineligible to submit another appeal.[/li]

Round 2: Germany - Hockenheimring (10May17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 352] Racesimkid has been stripped of all points, disqualified from the championship, and given a lifetime ban from PRL for cheating by using an illegal mod.  Because it is necessary to use hotkeys in game to enable the mod in question, the Stewards will not consider this to be unintentional.[/li]

Round 5: Great Britain - Silverstone Circuit (31May17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 360] For failing to leave adequate space on the inside of turn 15 on lap 25 while attempting to pass PhilFPS, for subsequently causing a collision, and for illegally gaining a position which was not relinquished, Millix will be demoted to 2nd, while PhilFPS will be promoted to 1st.  Organizers, please award Millix a 5 second penalty to facilitate this.[/li]

Round 7: Belgium - Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (14Jun17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 365] For driving erratically and slowing unnecessarily at turn 15 on lap 20, which resulted in minor contact with Wombeto, Salatoimikud will be awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 366] For failing to adhere to corner rights on lap 20, by not leaving space on the outside of turn 19 for Wombeto, for consequently bumping him wide and off track, and illegally gaining up a position which was not relinquished, Salatoimikud will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 368] For failing to adhere to corner rights rules by not leaving enough space on the inside for salatoimikud at turn 5 on lap 20, for subsequently causing a collision, and for illegally gaining a position which was not relinquished, Crystalcatcha will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

Round 8: Austria - Red Bull Ring (21Jun17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 369] For hitting the back of rJepp0 while behind the safety car on lap 4, ztrikes will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 370] The Stewards investigated a potential illegal overtake by PhilFPS on CrystalCatcha under yellow flags.  However, from the video evidence provided, it is clear that the yellow flags were cleared, and green flags were shown, well in advance of the overtake by PhilFPS.  No action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]
[li][ID#: 371] The Stewards reviewed a ~30 second segment of footage from lap 34 featuring a battle between Millix & PhilFPS.  From the Spectator footage provided, which often changes cameras at inopportune times, it was hard to get the full picture of positioning and driver inputs.  While there was close racing, with minor contact at times, nothing was deemed penalty worthy, and no action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]

Round 10: Mexico - Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez (05Jul17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 382] For failing to maintain control of his damaged car (missing front wing), which resulted in going off track at turn 10, unsafely rejoining at turn 11, and colliding with karnak07, Xaidenb29 will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

Round 12: Russia - Sochi Autodrom (19Jul17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 390] For a late defensive move between turns 11 and 12 on lap 11, whereby he moved as a reaction to an overtaking attempt by yarmolenk09, i.e. blocking, JayRLF1 will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 391] For a failure to adhere to corner rights by attempting to take the inside line at turn 18 on lap 15, despite not having sufficient overlap before the turn in point, which resulted in car contact with yarmolenko9, for a second bump on corner exit which forced yarmolenko9 into the barrier, causing him to lose a portion of his front wing, and for not waiting to relinquish the position illegally gained, JayRLF1 will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 396] No action will be taken by the Stewards following an investigation into a lap 6, turn 1 and turn 2 incident involving CrystalCatcha and Xaidenb29.  At turn 1, Xaidenb29 had the inside line and sufficient overlap.  As he tracked out, he moved ahead, to the point that CrystalCatcha no longer had sufficient overlap on the outside line, and therefore, CrystalCatcha was no longer entitled to hold that line.  On the approach to Turn 2, Xaidenb29 is able to return to the racing line and position his car in front of CrystalCatcha's immediately before the braking zone for the corner.  It is a late move, but deemed legal by the Stewards.  CrystalCatcha has no overlap, but attempts to take the inside which he is not entitled to and suffers minor front wing damage and a spin into the wall.[/li]
[li][ID#: 397] For failing to brake adequately for turn 13 on lap 23, whereby he hit the back of a Force India, Xaidenb29 will be awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]

Round 15: Australia - Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit (09Aug17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 407] For making 2 defensive maneuvers on the front straight leading to the checkered flag, Xaidenb29 has been awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 411] For a late blocking maneuver, which crowded CrystalCatcha off of the track to avoid contact, Xaidenb29 will be awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 412] The Stewards investigated contact between ENiGMA and Millix between Turns 1 and 2 on Lap 27. Due to POV of the video provided, it is extremely difficult to accurately identify if ENiGMA pinched Millix down too much in Turn 1 that lead to the contact entering Turn 2, or if Millix pinched down too soon entering Turn 2 into ENiGMA. Due to the nature of that corner and no blatant evidence of either driver breaking a crowding/corner rights rule, the Stewards have deemed this a racing incident and no penalties will be awarded.[/li]

Round 16: Japan - Suzuka International Racing Circuit (16Aug17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 414] For failing to adhere to corner rights rules by not leaving enough space on the inside for ENiGMA who had sufficient overtake and rights to the inside line of Turn 15 on Lap 24, which resulted in a spin and wing damage to ENiGMA, sjoelbakkie will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]

Round 17: Brazil - Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace (23Aug17 @ 8pm BST)

[li][ID#: 419] The Stewards investigated the last lap contacts between Millix and PhilFPS: [/li]

[li] Due to only have the broadcast footage and neither driver's POV footage on the entry into turn 14, it can not be determined 100% if Phil established sufficient overtake entering the turn and was forced onto the curbing by Millix, or if Phil did not have overtake and dove on the curbing himself to attempt the pass. Due to the inconclusive evidence, the Stewards have no choice but the deem this a racing incident. [/li]
[li] Due to creating contact when trying to block Phil's overtake attempt before the start/finish line, Millix will be awarded a 2 points penalty. [/li]
[li]In regards to the finishing order of the race with only the broadcast footage provided, the Stewards could not, in 100% confidence, tell if Phil had the momentum to make the pass in time had no contact happen. Due to inconclusive evidence of the footage, the finishing order will remain as is.[/li]
