[li][ID: 511] The Stewards were asked to investigate a report of StewartMcKenzie2 impeding Danirox88 in qualifying. Dani caught Stewart in the final turn as he was setting himself up for the start of his hot lap. After multiple reviews, the Stewards have determined this to be a case of the absolute worst timing, and not an act of careless or negligence by Stewart of the vehicle around him. There will be no penalty issued for this request.[/li]
[/ul]
**The Stewards will ask of the league to please make sure to be mindful the entire way around the circuit though on your out lap in regards to impeding. If you see someone coming on a potential hot lap, do not be afraid to safely move away earlier in the lap as to not to potentially effect them in the final few turns. Hitting that last apex is key for your qualifying hot lap, not so much the 3rd to last apex. Please take this as a friendly warning and lets look to avoid situations like this in the future.

Round 2: China - Shanghai International Circuit (04Apr18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 512] The Stewards investigated 2 reports of El_Majacko crowding Maznat87 off track on the exit of T14 of L15 and L23. In both instances, Maz was the trailing down back straight with DRS activated. Also in both instance, Maz would establish outside overtake, and himself and Jacko would be wheel to wheel on the turn in point of entry going into T14. On the instance on L15, Jacko did not give a car widths worth of distance and forced Maz onto the curbing to avoid possible damage after there was already wheel on wheel contact and Jacko would keep his position. On L23, there was a minor wheel touch between the 2 drivers on entry, and then on exit Jacko again came up, but left just barely a car width's amount of room for Maz. So due to the contact on entry can have effected the exit, the L23 request is being declared a racing deal. However, for not leaving enough room on exit during L15 and forcing Maz wide while he was attempting an overtake, El_Majacko will be awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 513] The Stewards investigated contact that happened between El_Majacko and Maznat87 on the entry into T1 of L9. Jacko was the leading car with Maz behind. Using the slip and DRS, Maz had a run and established more than a half-car length overtake on the right hand side heading into the braking zone of T1 based on his POV. It was also noted that halfway down the straight, Jacko's car could be seen bouncing back and forth for a few moments from Maz's POV. Upon reviewing Jacko's POV, on his screen it did not appear that Maz has as much overtake as he did, even with the proximity arrow being red for a period of time. Under normal circumstance, the Stewards would find Jacko guilty of crowding the inside car and turning in too early, however the sync issue is a fact that cannot be ignored, and the Stewards will have to deem this incident as a racing deal due to the sync issue.[/li]
[li][ID: 514] The Stewards investigated contact that happened between Danirox88 and SaberX808 in T1 of L1. Dani was on the outside of Saber in the middle of T1, when Saber's car went to the left and made wheel to wheel contact with Dani. The only video available for review was a driver's POV behind Dani at the time, and you could not see Saber's car in full on the right hand side. There is no way to tell if Saber moved to the left on his own, or if there was interaction with another vehicle that moved Saber to the left. Due to inconclusive evidence, the Stewards have no choice but to deem this a racing incident and no penalty will be awarded.[/li]

Round 3: Bahrain - Bahrain International Circuit (11Apr18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 519] The Stewards investigated contact that happened in T11 of L21 between Danirox88 and Magic Mass. Dani was the leading driver with Magic trailing down the 2nd DRS stretch heading into T11. Before reaching the braking zone, Magic had no overtake established. Magic then proceeded to try to late brake into the turn entry and created wheel to wheel contact with Dani, gaining the position over her. Dani did leave enough room on the inside, so Magic could have avoided the contact by hugging the white light tighter. Magic also did not attempt to give the position back before entering the pits later in the lap. So for crating contact to gain a position and not relinquishing the position back, Magic Mass will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

Round 4: Russia - Sochi Autodrom (18Apr18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 520] The Stewards investigated contact that happened entering T7 of L1 between HSVDT_15 and Harry Ryan. Going down the short straight coming towards T6/T7, HSVDT was trailing Harry and 2 other drivers who were 3-wide. There was contact that happened in the 3 wide situation and that caused Harry to lose control and wreck into the wall. At this point, HSVDT got by Harry and was braking to enter T7. Harry's car was still out of control when contact happened with HSVDT. The contact with the 3 wide situation was deemed a racing deal as the drivers had very little room to manuever when the wreck began to happen. So due to not being at fault for the origional accident,  and the contact with HSVDT while still wrecking without gaining control of his vehicle, the Stewards do not find Harry at fault in this investigation and this is ruled a racing deal with no penalties being awarded.[/li]
[li][ID: 521] The Stewards investigated contact that happened between HSVDT and JDittmer23 exiting T10 of L2. JD was many car lengths ahead of HSVDT entering T10 when he did not brake effeciently and went wide off-track into the run off area. As he was trying to rejoin the track, JD lost full control and slid back into the racing line sideways, instead of facing in the racing direction of the track. At this point, HSDVT was full speed in the racing line and could not avoid JD, causing a broken wing. Due to losing control of his vehicle under his own accord and unsafely coming back onto the track and into the racing line which resulted in a collision, JDittmer23 will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 524] The Stewards investigated contact that happened between El_Majacko and Maznat187 entering T8 of L14. Jacko was the leading car with Maz following really closely behind. As the leading car, Jacko has the right to his line and braking points as long as they are deemed reasonable and safe. Entering T8, Jacko started braking earlier than Maz anticpiated and that caused Maz to run into the back of Majacko and braking his own front wing. The Stewards have deemed that Jacko's braking point was not dangerously early, nor appearing intentional of a brake check. Since Jacko was not hindered by the contact and Maz created damage to his own vehicle, this investigation is deemed a racing deal and no penalties will be awarded for any driver.[/li]

Round 6: Monaco - Circuit de Monaco (02May18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 526, 527 & 528] The Stewards investigated several reports of XxMozzaxX1 not following blue flag procedures and impeding the leaders. The Stewards reviewed footage from Laps 16, 23 and 28 and found in all 3 cases that Mozza had moments that were safe to let the lead cars by, and failed to do so. Mozza will be awarded a 1 point penalty for each of the 3 occurrences. Additionally on Lap 28, Mozza appeared to let the leaders by on the pit straight, only to charge hard into T1 and create wheel to wheel contact with the leader. Due to creating contact in such a manner, Mozza will be awarded an additional 2 point penalty, which gives 5 penalty points for the race.[/li]

***Steward's Note: I am not going to re-hash the chat PSN discussion in here, we all know how it went down. Moving forward, there will be suspensions handed out for blatant disrespect being shown to one another in any PRL format (website forum, PSN chat, ect.). We are not saying everyone has to be friends and there will be times when drivers disagree, but there is a way to communicate your points across without being completely disrespectful. Private chats are there for a reason.

***Also, while we all know Monaco is the worst track in regards to blue flags, the penalties will be stiffer moving forward. Any actions of purposely disregarding a blue flag to help a team or hinder a driver you feud with is an immediate suspension. Purposely affecting the integrity of an official PRL race in that manner is no different than purposely wrecking a car, and will lead to a ban if deemed necessary.

Round 7: Canada - Circuit Gilles Villenueve (16May18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 534] The Stewards investigated contact between StewartMckenzie2 and Kartdude45 in T2 of L17. The drivers were side-by-side entering T1 with Stewart on the left side. While Stewart did gain some advantage over Kart, it could not be determined by the POV provided he established overtake beyond Kart's front tyres before the entrance of T2 (the car indicator was red the whole time). From Stewart's own POV, it appears that Stewart left less than a car width's worth of room from the white line, then wheel on wheel contact happened that made Stewart wash out and Kart to hold the position. Since limited camera angles to declare just how much overtake was had at the time, and this was the only position that changed hands, the Stewards have deemed this matter a racing deal and that no penalties will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID: 535] The Stewards investigated contact between StewartMckenzie2 and Kartdude45 in T13 of L18. Stewart was the lead car with Kart closing in on the straight leading to T13. This is yet another scenario where the amount of overtake can not be fully judge based on the POV given, only that the car indicator was red from Stewart's POV. Stewart turned into T13, and that is when the contact happened and Stewart suffered wing damage hitting the Wall of Champions. If Kart had wheel to wheel overtake, then Stewart would be at fault since Kart had rights to the right side line. If it was only wing-to-tail overtake, then Stewart would have had rights to his turn-in point. Since the amount of overtake can not be 100% determined, this again is going to be deemed a racing deal and no penalties will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID: 536] The Stewards investigated contact between StewartMckenzie2 and Kartdude45 in T2 of L27. Stewart was the lead car going through T1 and Kart had no overtake established entering T2. Kart shot for the inside gap of T2, washed up into Stewart, creating wheel on wheel contact, completed the pass, and did not make an effort to relinquish the position back. So for creating contact to make a pass without relinquishing the position back, Kart will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 537] The Stewards investigated contact between StewartMckenzie2 and Kartdude45 in T12 of L27. The bend right after DRS 1 is considered Turn 12, even though you go flat out through that bend. Kart was the lead car with Stewart right behind. Stewart had no overtake, so Kart had his right to use the right side of the road as the preferred line through the bend. Upon exit of the bend, Kart was drifting back to the left (he was going to pit this time by) and that's when Stewart tried to overtake on the right side. Stewart caught Kart quicker than he anticipated and suffered some wing damage. Kart did not show any indications of slowing down at the point of contact, this was a matter of Stewart closing in quicker than expected. There will be no penalty awarded for this contact.[/li]

Round 9: Austria - Red Bull Ring (30May18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 540] The Stewards investigated an incident in T1 of L1 involving StewartMcKenzie2. Stewart started 2nd, got into the back of Maznat in the braking zone entering T1, took a bad angle through T1, and then made wheel on wheel contact with Maz on the exit of T1, which pushed him wide off of the track. So for creating creating contact with another driver, Stewart will be awarded a 2 point penalty. [/li]
[/ul]
Message from the Stewards: The 2nd point of contact resulted in Stewart spinning and a couple drivers had to make split second reaction and go wide to avoid him. Those drivers ended up receiving illegal overtake penalties and served the time in the pits. Unfortunately those time penalties cannot be removed post race and is an unfortunate circumstance from something they really had no control of. Let this be a lesson for those in future races, please be careful on the start, especially in wet conditions. The game is flawed and an unintended simple mistake can not only be disastrous for you, but also the drivers around you.

Appeal made to [ID: 540]
[ul]
[li]The Stewarding team re-reviewed the penalty given to StewartMcKenzie2 on his request for [ID: 540]. After looking at 4 different POVs, the Stewards will make a correction to part of the original report. There is no signs on contact on corner entry between Stewart and Maznat, nor Majacko and Maznat for that matter. Maznat did feel contact was made on entry, but this looks to be the case of netcode. With that however, the Stewarding team is in agreement that the penalty will stand for Stewart. The Stewards all agreed that Stewart took an aggressive, sharp entry into T1, and that lead to him pushing up on exit and created wheel on wheel contact with Maznat that pushed him wide off-track, and forcing other drivers to make evasive maneuvers.[/li]

Round 14: Singapore - Marina Bay Street Circuit (04Jul18 @ 8:15pm AEDT)
[ul]
[li][ID: 549] The Stewards investigated contact that happened betweens T21 and T22 on L3 between Wayneoooo6 and StewartMckenzie2. Wayne was the lead car exiting T21 with Stewart trailing behind. Wayne had some wheel spin on exit, caught his car, then veer back to the right when Stewart tried to squeeze in between Wayne and the wall. Wheel on wheel contact was made, both drivers touched the wall, and the positions stayed as is. The Stewards have deemed that Wayne's slip was not out carelessness and he was not over erratic in the way he regained control of his car. So due to that, and the fact there was no overtake established when Stewart mad his move to the right side, the Stewards are declaring this a racing deal and no penalties will be awarded.[/li]
[li][ID: 550] The Stewards investigated contact that happened in T7 of L20 between Bozza30031998 and StewartMcKenzie2. On the DRS straight leading to T7, Bozza was the lead car with Stewart closing in behind. Bozza protected the left side while Stewart was overtaking on the right. Stewart completely cleared rear tire to front tire overtake over Bozza going into the braking zone of T7. Per PRL rules, the trailing car must have at least front tire to rear tire overtake established to have corner rights over the leading car. Bozza did not sufficient overlap due to only his front wing being within the rear of Stewart's car, so Stewart had a right to his turn in line. At Stewart's turn in, Bozza's wing clipped Stewart's rear, sending him to a half spin and Bozza regaining the position back. So due to creating contact for position and not returning the position back, Bozza will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
