[li][ID: 515] The Stewards investigated a report of crowding between Bemoore and AerosStrike in T1 of L29. Bemoore was trailing Aero with DRS down the straight, and started establishing overtake on the left hand side. While side by side and getting closer to the braking zone, both cars made very slight movements towards each other and created wheel on wheel contact. This first touch left to the cars touch again at the turn in point. It has been deemed by the Stewards that the first touch, that both drivers played a role in, effected the turn in angle and does not find Bemoore at fault of deliberately forcing Aero into the grass. Due to that ruling of no-fault, the Stewards are declaring this a racing deal and no penalty will be awarded. [/li]

[li]APPEAL [ID: 515] There was an appeal made to [ID: 515] on the bases that the time penalty AerosStrike received due to this altercation had an effect on the final standings of the race. While Stewards do not back in races to find infractions to penalize, there was an incident between the 2 drivers in T2 of L27 in which Aero would have been found guilty of crowding Bemoore off of the track, leading to one of the warnings for Bemoore that gave him his 3 second penalty (this was caught on the live broadcast of the race). Again, the Stewards looked at that only in regards to the appeal point that Aero's 3 second penalty effected the final outcome due to Bemoore having a penalty, which Aero contributed to. As for a reviewing of the actual incident again in T1 of L29, the Stewards panel unanimously voted that the origination decision was the correct call. There was contact caused when both drivers merged into one another just pasted the overhead Rolex banner, right before the braking zone going into T1. This contact lead to the second bit of contact, which lead into Aero going off circuit. Due to both drivers having responsibility in that contact, the ruling of a racing incident will stand and there will be no change from the original ruling.[/li]

[li][ID: 522] The Stewards investigated an incident that occurred in T11 of L1 between Ghostface and BrianMosser88. Brian was the leading car going into T11 with Ghostface right behind. Entering the braking zone of the turn, Ghostface did not have any overlap on Brian, and Brian was a lane up giving room to the inside. Ghostface did not hold the bottom line good enough and went up the groove and created contact with the LR tyre of Brian, sending him wide off track and losing several positions. The video continued on for the remainder of the lap and at no point did Ghostface slow to relinquish the position back. Due to creating contact to gain a position and not relinquishing the position back to the driver, Ghostface will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 523] The Stewards investigated an incident that occurred in T2 of L9 between Ch4p4rro and BrianMosser88. Brian was the leading car down the pit straight with Ch4p4 behind him. Ch4p4 used DRS to establish overtake and rights the inside line in T1, with Brian on the outside. Brian had a strong run on the outside and his RF tyre kept continuous advantage over Ch4p4's LR tyre, giving Brian the rights to the inside line of T2. Ch4p4 still attempted to run the preferred racing line in T2, forcing Brian onto run over the curbing, which then lead to wheel to wheel contact and Brian completely spinning and losing a large chunk of time. Since Ch4p4 never cleared Brian, it is considered that the point of contact happened during an overtaking situation. Due to creating contact by crowding another driver off track to gain a position and then not relinquishing that position back to the driver, Ch4pp4ro will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 529] The Stewards investigated contact that happened between BrianMosser88 and ProwlerXYZ in T9 of L1. Exiting T8, Brian was the lead car in front of Prowler, but lost traction and allow Prowler to have a better run down the straightaway. Prowler established overtake on the right hand side which gave him rights to the inside line of T9. Brian did not leave a car's width worth the room of the white line/curbing, and forced Prowler's right side tyres on the curbing in an effort to avoid contact. Wheel-to-wheel contact was created, which resulted in Brian spinning out and hitting the wall, which broke the entirety of Brian's wing. The Stewards have determined Brian to be at fault in this due to crowding, not leaving enough space. However due to the quick nature of where this contact happened and the incident did not have a negative effect on Prowler's front wing or his race as a whole due to the outcome of the wreck, the Stewards have declared this a racing deal and no additional penalty will be awarded towards Brian.[/li]

[li][ID: 542] The Stewards investigated contact between AaronWebb85 and AerosStrike near the entrance to pit road on L20. Aero Made a move to the right side of Aaron in T15, and  held the overtake on the straight heading to T16. Aaron made a move to go onto pit lane, which resulted in Aero being pushed into the grass and having to back off to avoid a collision since he was not pitting that lap. So due to crowding a car off of the track, AaronWebb85 will be awarded a 1 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 561] The Stewards investigated an incident between BrianMosser88 and AB53moh in T12 of L23. AB was a lapped down car down the DRS straight leading to T12, with Brian following many car lengths behind. Entering the braking zone of T12, Brian was well over 50m away from AB, therefore AB would not have received the blue flag in time to deem this a blue flag violation. AB was in the process of moving himself off of the racing line when Brian struck the rear of his car and giving himself wing damage. The Stewards have found Brian at fault in creating contact due to being the following car and not braking sufficiently. Since this was not a battle for position and AB did not receive any damage, the Stewards agreed that Brian's car damage and subsequent pit stop was penalty enough, and will not issue a points penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 562] The Stewards investigated an incident between BrianMosser88 and KWP1911 in T12 of L2. Brian was the leading car heading into T12 with KWP trailing behind. KWP did not have any overlap going into the braking zone, so Brian had the rights to his turn in spot. KWP went for a late brake move to take the inside line, create contact with Brian which caused front wing damage, and gained the position due to that contact. Brian pitted shortly after the contact, but during that time KWP made no effort to slow and give the position he gained from the contact. So, due to gaining a position from illegal contact and not relinquishing that position back, KWP will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID: 563] For interfering in a Lead Lap battle between KDawgHonda777 and zWoody1z on L32 and creating contact while laps down and not in a battle for position of his own, BrianMosser88 will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]

[li][ID: 566] The Stewards investigated contact between AerosStrike and Odemdemz98 after T15 on L13. Aero was the leading car with Odemz trying to establish overtake on the right-hand side (inside line to T15). On the exit of T15, there was conflicting videos of what happened in the incident. T15 is a flat out right-hander, so a late brake-dive bomb was not in play. From Aero's POV, the car indicator was red at the turn in point, but the game's HUD blocked the rear view mirror so we can not tell 100% if there was tire-on-tire overtake established. Aero ran the white line, then appeared to get hit on the exit of T15. From Odemz' POV, he established tire-on-tire overtake before the turn in point, used the curbing to not create contact with Aero as he went to the white line, and then there is no contact shown on Odemz' screen as Aero's car goes to the left. Due to conflicting videos from each driver, the Stewards have no choice but to rule this as a netcode/lag issue since no corner rights rules were broken, and no penalty will be awarded.[/li]
