[li][ID#: 342] For failing to brake adequately for turn 2 on lap 1, whereby he hit the back of GRELOFUMY, and caused him terminal damage, light-e44 will be awarded a 3 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 342 Appeal] An appeal to the 342 Stewards Decision was submitted by lite-e44, based on the grounds that the Stewards only had video evidence from one driver, that it was a sync issue, a normal racing incident, and that lite-e44 was not seen on GRELOFUMY's video.  Unfortunately, because no new visual evidence was provided, the Stewards are rejecting the appeal.  However, to address the points of the appeal, the Stewards add: While it may be a sync issue, there is no evidence of that on GRELOFUMY's video, the Stewards can only assess the video evidence they do have, and the video showed that GRELOFUMY did nothing wrong, yet a car hitting him from behind did.  Though the Stewards didn't see lite-e44 directly on GRELOFUMY's screen, lite-e44's name was seen in the top left positional OSD as being the car behind GRELOFUMY, but more importantly, lite-e44's McLaren can be seen in GRELOFUMY's side mirrors when he hits him; the only McLaren in this race.  Again, the Appeal has been rejected, and the original decision will stand.[/li]

[li][ID#: 350] mcr2712 has been found guilty of failing to brake adequately for turn 3 on lap 10, whereby he collided with RacingAtHome and caused him to spin.  mcr2712 then illegally gained a position vs RacingAtHome, and did not relinquish that position afterwards.  Furthermore, this move looks questionable, and could be seen as a retaliatory move for a prior incident between the two drivers.  mcr2712 will consequently be DSQ'd from the race, and awarded a 5 point penalty, while further incidents of this nature may result in a ban from racing at PRL.[/li]

[li][ID#: 362] XxCarrexX06 was investigated for two potential corner cuts during his qualifying lap, and one potential excessive use of track limits.  Per Rule 13.3, corner cutting is generally policed by the game unless repeated or excessive.  As the evidence provided shows this occurring on one lap only, it is not considered repeated.  While the Stewards acknowledge XxCarrexX06 had all four tires marginally outside of the track limits, it was deemed minor, so not considered excessive.  While no penalty will be awarded, XxCarrexX06 is being issued an official warning, meaning future instances of a similar nature may result in a penalty.[/li]

[li][ID#: 375] For failing to brake adequately when entering the pits, whereby he collided with the back of KillerBlue195, ne-yo1993 will be awarded a 1 point penalty.  At approximately the same time, KillerBlue195 was awarded a drive through penalty for speeding in the pit lane.  It isn't clear whether this was as a result of the bump from ne-yo1993, or if he had failed to slow adequately regardless of the bump from ne-yo1993.  From a frame by frame analysis of KillerBlue195's footage, he was 1 kph over the pit lane speed limit while visually over the pit line  However, immediately afterward, the sequence of on screen indicators show green (under the speed limit) before the speeding/penalty indicator appears.  It is possible the game just hadn't caught up, but in light of this uncertainty, ne-yo1993 will not be blamed for KillerBlue195's penalty, and will be responsible for only the bump.  Unfortunately, drive through penalties cannot be removed.[/li]

Round 12: Belgium - Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (01Jul17 @ 7pm BST)
[ul]
[li][ID#: 380] The Stewards investigated a potential illegal overtake by lite-e33 on porq_chopz under the virtual safety car, then an unsafe relinquishing of the position gained, in which porq_chopz collided with KillerBlue195.  Regarding the overtake under yellows, the Stewards don't feel this was illegal. porq_chopz was exiting the pit lane and not up to racing speed.  He was shown a different racing line (blue vs green), and until he had reached the green racing line, the game considered him to be exiting the pits, and therefore, other cars could pass him until he had fully joined the race track. Regarding lite-e33 relinquishing the position, the Stewards did not feel that lite-e33 was required to do this, nor do they think that he attempted to relinquish the position at all, rather, porq_chopz was able to carry more speed through Eu Rouge to facilitate a pass.  The collision with KillerBlue195 was in no way the fault of lite-e33 as he was deemed to be driving in a straight line, as was KillerBlue195.  It was more a case of 3 wide putting everyone in close proximity where the margin for error was low.  In all cases, no action will be taken by the Stewards.[/li]
[li][ID#: 381] No action will be taken by the Stewards for a lap 10 Eu Rouge incident involving Ne-yo1993 & xX_Cantera_Xx.  Ne-yo1993 had gone off track and was rejoining toward the right, and at the same time xX_Cantera_Xx was moving to the left in an attempt to overtake the car ahead.  This will be deemed a racing incident.[/li]

[li][ID#: 388] For failing to leave adequate space on the outside of turn 4 on lap 15 for f1racer09, after f1racer09 had established sufficient overlap before the turn in point, and for creating contact and causing f1racer09 to spin, Jume96 will be awarded a 2 point penalty.[/li]
[li][ID#: 389] For attempting to take the inside line at turn 17 on lap 3, despite not having sufficient overlap before the turn in point, and causing a collision with xX_CanTerA_Xx, rikkurich will be awarded a 2 point penalty.  All incidents occurring as a chain reaction from this one will be considered racing incidents as drivers had little time to react, and no action will be taken by the Stewards on those.[/li]
