Penalties to be served the next race:
  • For recieving a Caution Point at Atlanta, Rob Nellor must not qualify at Iowa.

Round 1: Iowa

Penalties to be served:

  • For receiving a Caution Point at Atlanta, Rob Nellor must not qualify at Iowa.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 30 caution. The Stewards have found Rob Nellor at fault for making a dive me to the bottom to force a in 3 wide enter T3 with no overlap, which resulted in clipping the LR quarter panel of Clayton Curry, resulting in an incident.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 40 caution. The Stewards have found Bob Clement at fault for getting into the LR quarter panel of Jose Medina entering T1, resulting in a spin.
  • During the Lap 40 caution, the Stewards have found Kaylee Symonds at fault for driving dangerously into the incident, and causing extra damage to another vehicle that should have been otherwise avoided. Due to the distance traveled and severity of the contact, the Stewards are issuing a full caution point for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 57 caution. The Stewards have found James Duerr at fault for bouncing off the front stretch wall, then moving left into Barron Hilton and causing a spin. The Stewards do note the ridiculous wall grab a launched Barron, however the Stewards are ruling that the spin was in full effect and the wall grab did not effect the fact that the caution was coming out.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 71 caution. The Stewards have found Rickey Barbrey at fault for getting loose off of T4 and moving left and into Adam Zemke on the front stretch, resulting in a spin.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 83 caution. The Stewards have found Rickey Barbrey at fault for going up the middle 3 wide approaching T3, and turning down into Bob Clement on entry, triggering a multicar incident.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 89 caution. The Stewards have ruled that both Brendan Chatley and James Duerr both held consistent lines and neither driver made a move towards one another to justify the netcode contact that sent Chatley spinning and triggering an incident. Due to that ruling, there will be no penalty issued for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 98 caution. The Stewards have ruled that Rob Nellor and Daniel Alie were both traveling at a direction towards one another at the time contact was made. Due to that ruling, the Stewards are splitting the caution point between the drivers.
  • The Stewards reviewed a Lap 65 protest of contact between Aaron Webb and Brenden Chatley. The Stewards have ruled Aaron at fault for creating contact to the rear of Brenden entering T3, and created a direct loss of position. Due to the way the contact was made and the outcome, the Stewards will issue a partial caution point for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed a Lap 81 protest of contact between Adam Schoen and Jeff Evans. The Stewards have ruled Adam at fault for creating contact to the rear of Jeff entering T1, and created a direct loss of position. Due to the way the contact was made and the outcome, the Stewards will issue a partial caution point for this review.
Penalties to be served the next race:
  • The following drivers must not qualify at Dover due to penalties received at Iowa: Rob Nellor, Bob Clément, James Duerr, and Kaylee Symonds.
  • For being found at fault for 2 cautions at Iowa, Rickey Barbrey will serve a 1 race suspension at Dover.
  • Due to the carry over penalty from S4, Rob Nellor will still have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 3.

Round 2: Dover

Penalties to be served:

  • The following drivers must not qualify at Dover due to penalties received at Iowa: Rob Nellor, Bob Clément, James Duerr, and Kaylee Symonds.
  • For being found at fault for 2 cautions at Iowa, Rickey Barbrey will serve a 1 race suspension at Dover.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 5 caution. The Stewards have ruled that Mark Kaelin and Clayton Curry were holding proper lines, and that there was a sizeable netcode contact between drivers when contact would not have happened. Due to that ruling, the Stewards will not issue a penalty due to the netcode.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 14 caution. The Stewards have found Joao Guerra at fault for getting into the LR of Adam Zemke entering T3.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 81 caution. The wreck was triggered off of T2 with Rob Nellor moving left, with some slight netcode contact that occurred and sent Randy Caldwell into an eventual spin. While the Stewards recognize the netcode, the Stewards also rule that contact would have happened due to Rob's trajectory, but there could be a question of severity. Due to that ruling, the Stewards will issue a partial penalty point to Rob Nellor for for the movements leading to the caution.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 96 caution. The Stewards have found James Duerr at fault for moving right on the front stretch and initiating contact with Robert Thomas, resulting in a spin.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 105 caution. The contact that triggered the multicar accident off of T2 started with contact between Mark Kaelin and Jeff Evens, while they were 3 wide and being passed down low by trucks on fresh tires. While the Stewards recognize that Mark having a wiggle and small move to the right was the trigger of the caution, the Stewards also recognize the fact that situation around Mark was not of his own making as well and with conditions being extremely tight. Considering those factors, the Stewards will only issue Mark a partial caution point for the small movement.
Penalties to be served the next race:
  • The following drivers must not qualify at Pocono due to penalties received at Dover: Joao Guerra and James Duerr.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior races, Rob Nellor and Bob Clement will still have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 3.

Round 3: Pocono

Penalties to be served:

  • The following drivers must not qualify at Pocono due to penalties received at Dover: Joao Guerra and James Duerr.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior races, Rob Nellor and Bob Clement will still have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 3.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 10 caution. The Stewards have found Rob Nellor at fault for purposely wrecking himself after making contact with the outside wall on the exit of T2. Due to the deliberate nature of his actions, regardless of his attempt to bring out a caution or not, the Stewards are issuing a suspension to Rob for the remainder of S1.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 16 caution. The Stewards have found Clayton Curry at fault for getting into the rear of Bob Clement in T2, who then hit Nicholas Hunter and triggered a wreck.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 28 caution. The contact between Ryan Guedel and Thomas Roberts happened when Ryan cut right behind Thomas Sink who was passing him on the entrance to T2, which put him right in front of Roberts, who could not change trajectory in time to avoid contact. While Ryan was cleared at the time of the move, the Stewards are ruling that this move was the leading cause to the caution, and will apply a partial penalty point for this review.
Penalties to be served the next race:
  • For receiving a caution point at Pocono, Clayton Curry must not qualify in Round 4.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior race, Bob Clement will still have a "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 4.

Round 4: Eldora

Penalties to be served:

  • For receiving a caution point at Pocono, Clayton Curry must not qualify in Round 4.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior race, Bob Clement will still have a "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 4.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed the Heat 2, Lap 2 caution. The Stewards have found Barron Hilton at fault for bouncing off the wall on the exit of T2 and into Ryan Traver, causing a spin. Due to it being a Heat and not the Feature, the Stewards are only issuing a partial point for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Heat 2, Lap 11 caution. The Stewards have found Danny Cervantes at fault for losing control off of T2, and going completely sideways which was the main factor in the contact with Brenden Chatley, which triggered an incident. Due to it being a Heat and not the Feature, the Stewards are only issuing a partial point for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 1 caution. The Stewards have found Ryan Guedel at fault for losing control and moving down several lanes off of T2, and initiating contact with Clayton Montgomery, which triggered a multicar wreck.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 8 caution. The Stewards have ruled that Rickey Barbery bouncing off the wall and moving down would not have been an issue, nor Mark Kaelin going for a slide job maneuver on Jeff Evans would have been an issue, but both situations happening at the same time unknowingly put both drivers into the path of one another, when contact happened and a spin occurred. Due to the situation above, the Stewards are ruling this caution as a racing deal and neither driver will be issued a point.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 18 caution. The Stewards have found Barron Hilton at fault losing control and sliding sideways in front of Colton Layne, triggering the contact and the full spin.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 22 caution. The Stewards have found Danick Momy at fault for a self spin in T3.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 27 caution. There were several bumps and bangs between several drivers on that lap, but the spin occurred as the LF of Jeff Evans was touching the RF of Danny Cervantes, and then Jeff's rear wildly kicked out as if it was hit. Due to that non-contact movement being the true kick off of the spin, the Stewards are ruling this as a netcode caution and no point will be given.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 33 caution. With the contact between Ryan Traver and Colton Layne off of T2, the Stewards have ruled that Colton's nose was aligned to the outside long enough that his positioning was deemed fair and will not have any fault. As for the movement of Ryan up into Colton, The Stewards note the 3 wide with a tight window allowed when Ryan initiated contact. With that in mind, the Stewards are issuing Ryan a partial penalty for this caution.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 37 caution. The Stewards have ruled that while Ricky Barbery was cleared and had the right to slide up into the top grove, the Stewards also not that Thomas Sink was pressed up against the wall and was slowing down, but not enough to avoid contact to the rear of Ricky, which triggered the spin. Due to the nature of this incident, the Stewards are ruling this as a racing deal and no penalty will be given.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 51 caution. The Stewards have found jose Medina at fault for losing control off of T4, and initiating contact with Aaron Webb, triggering a spin.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Feature Lap 68 caution. The Stewards have found Nicholas Hunter at fault for a self spin off of T2.
Penalties to be served the next race:
  • For receiving a caution point at Eldora, Barron Hilton, Ryan Guedel, Danick Momy, Jose Medina, and Nicholas Hunter must not qualify at New Hampshire.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior race, Clayton Curry and Bob Clement will still have a "No Quali" penalty to be served at New Hampshire.
  • Due to recieving 1.5 pts in a race, Barron Hilton will have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 6.

Round 5: New Hampshire

Penalties to be served:

  • For receiving a caution point at Eldora, Barron Hilton, Ryan Guedel, Danick Momy, Jose Medina, and Nicholas Hunter must not qualify at New Hampshire.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior race, Clayton Curry and Bob Clement will still have a "No Quali" penalty to be served at New Hampshire.
  • Due to recieving 1.5 pts in a race, Barron Hilton will have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 6.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 3 caution. The Stewards have ruled that neither Richard Thomas or Paul Williams made a move towards one another in a way that warranted contact, and there was a gap a netcode that lifted Paul's rear tires off of the ground and caused a spin. Diue to that, the Stewards will not issue a penalty for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 16 caution. While there was the presence of netcode in T3 between Joao Guerra and Jose Medina that sent Jose into a spin, the Stewards are partially faulting Joao for the caution due to moving up multiple lanes and near Jose that would have prevented the incident in the first place.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 32 caution. The Stewards have found Ryan Traver at fault for moving right on the front stretch off of T4, and initiating contact with Daniel Alie, resulting in a spin.
  • During the Lap 32 wreck, the Stewards have found CM Pennington at fault for dangerously approaching the incident and creating contact that was deemed avoidable.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 39 caution. The Stewards have found Rickey Barbrey at fault for moving across the nose of Danny Cervantes entering T3, and causing a spin.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 44 caution. While there was the presence of netcode on the exit of T4 while a 3 wide was happening, the Stewards are partially faulting Ryan Traver for moving all the way down completely to the apron, and then back up multiple lanes that would have prevented the incident in the first place.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 51 caution. While there was the presence of some netcode entering T3, the Stewards are partially faulting Dalton Guyer for closing in quickly from several car lengths back the on LR of Randy Caldwell in a way not consistent with corner entry, which resulted in a spin.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 58 caution. While the caution started in T3 between Jim Westerfield and Abner Acosta, the Stewards are ruling that a check up 3 cars up created an accordion effect that prevented Jim from being able to check up in time to avoid contact after Abner made contact to the back of Brenden Chatley after he had to check up. Due to the circumstances, the Stewards are ruling this as a racing deal and no penalty will be given.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 66 caution. The Steward have ruled that neither Brenden Chatley nor Dalton Guyer made a move towards one another to warrant contact, and a gap of netcode kicked out the rear of Brenden, causing a spin. Due to that ruling, the Stewards will not issue a penalty for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 71 caution. While there was the presence of some netcode entering T3, the Stewards are partially faulting Brenden Chatley for closing in quickly on back of Randy Caldwell in a way not which the Stewards could not rule out that contact wouldn't have happened if not for the netcode. But with the netcode gap, the Stewards will only issue a partial penalty for this review.
  • During the Lap 71 wreck, the Stewards are faulting Randy Caldwell for not holding his brakes, and rolling down the track and creating contact with a car passing by.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 76 caution. While the Stewards also note a small gap of netcode, the Stewards are mainly ruling that the issue between Adam Schoen and Ryan Guedel that caused Ryan to spin was a check up event that caused Ryan to avoid contact, and then make Adam try to make a move to avoid contact with Ryan. Due to the events that lead up to the spin, the Stewards are ruling this as a racing deal and no penalty will be given.
Penalties to be served the next race:
  • For receiving a caution point at New Hampshire, Ryan Traver and Ricky Barbrey must not qualify at Chicagoland.
  • For receiving a caution point at Eldora and not serving the penalty last week due to communication issues, Barron Hilton, Danick Momy, and Nicholas Hunter must not qualify at Chicagoland.
  • Due to the carry over penalty not served in prior race, Clayton Curry and Bob Clement will still have a "No Quali" penalty to be served at Chicagoland.
  • Due to recieving 1.5 pts in a previous race, Barron Hilton and Ryan Traver will have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 7.

  • Due to receiving 1.5 pts in a previous race, Barron Hilton and Ryan Traver will have an additional "No Quali" penalty to be served in Round 7.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed a Lap 15 protest of contact between Joshua Tellez and Adam Zemke. While there was the presence of some netcode, The Stewards have found Joshua at fault for moving to the right on the front stretch and that contact would have occurred with Adam regardless. Due to Adam receiving race altering damage and the style of the move, the Stewards are giving Joshua a partial caution point for this review.
Penalties to be served the next race:

Round 9: Auto Club

Penalties to be served:

  • For receiving 1 caution point at Daytona, James Duerr and Bob Clement must not qualify at Auto Club.
Caution and Protest Reviews:
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 57 caution. While there was a netcode gap between Paul Williams and Colin Montgomery on the front stretch at the point of contact, the Stewards rule that contact between the 2 trucks would have happened regardless based on Paul's trajectory, but recognize that real contact's severity could be questioned. Therefore, the Stewards will only issue a partial point to Paul for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the Lap 61 caution that ended the race. The while there was contact made to the back of Charles Sumner by Brandon Chatley, Charles kept control of his car and that contact was not worthy of a caution point in itself. That contact though did trigger a chain reaction event to all the cars behind, which eventually led to a spin of Abner Acosta. Due to the chain reaction, there will be no direct caution point given for this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed the big wreck that triggered as the caution came out on Lap 61 after the Abner Acosta spin. The Stewards are ruling that Caution or Not from Abner's spin, this wreck was going to happen regardless, and the effect this wreck had on the finishing order would be the same as any other last lap wreck. This wreck was triggered by a visible netcode contact between Ryan Guedel and Jim Westerfield which the Stewards are ruling wouldn't have been real contact. That netcode sent Jim into Brenden Chatley, who was sent into Adam Schoen and the wreck was on from there. Due to the netcode, there will be no caution point given to this review.
  • The Stewards reviewed a Lap 9 protest of contact that started with Randy Caldwell and Danick Momy, and involved several other cars as well. The Stewards are ruling that Randy is at fault for the contact on the exit of T4 for not holding his line and washing up and into Danick. Due to the severity of the contact and the Stewards also considering that the caution should have come out as Danick did a 360 on the racing surface, a full caution point will be given to Randy for this review.
  • There was a protest of contact on during the final wreck between Austin Hunter and Bradley Holly. The Stewards did not find Brad's track re-entry from the Abner spin to be a violation in itself, and there was a large gap of netcode between Brad and Austin as Austin was checking up from the wreck in front of him. The Stewards will not issue a point for this review.
Penalties to be served the next race:
  • For receiving 1 caution point at a prior race, Randy Caldwell and Bob Clement must not qualify at Las Vegas.
