Season 8 Practice Schedule

This topic is to inform you that we will host a 2 hours public practice session every Wednesday night @ 8pm EDT as recruitment/practice purpose.

If you plan to host practice sessions for this championship during the season, please post here so everyone can be informed when there will be a session. We are also suggesting that you post as well in the race topic.

August 2nd: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps - Classic Pits / Late Afternoon
August 9th: Indianapolis Motor Speedway - Indy Oval / Afternoon
August 16th: Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari - Grand Prix / Morning
August 23rd: Barber Motorsports Park - Full Course / Morning
August 30th: Circuit Zolder - Grand Prix / Late Afternoon
September 6th: Labor Week Break
September 13th: Indianapolis Motor Speedway - Road Course / Morning
September 20th: Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course - Full Course / Afternoon
September 27th: Virginia International Raceway - Full Course / Late Afternoon
October 4th: Bristol Motor Speedway - Oval / Night
October 11th: Sonoma Raceway - Long / Morning
October 18th: Watkins Glen International - Boot / Afternoon
October 25th: Autodromo Nazionale Monza - Grand Prix / Morning

Exceptionnally for practice on August 9th at Indy Oval, the fuel amount has been increased to 44%.

Gentlemen, I am getting antsy to start the season! I will put up a practice session at Spa at 10pm EDT tonight if anyone is interested. Bear with me if something isn't right at the start, I have never hosted a session in iracing before :shock:

Be sure to choose the right track combo, fuel % and weather.  Look into the rules for weather.

Since more than half of the track and weather are the same for the Tuesday and Thursday series, what do you think if we have the Pro Mazda, Ferrari GTE and Ford GTE in the same session?! Just an idea!

One question. With multicar sessions, if I only own one of the cars, can I still participate?

You can still participate if don't own the other cars, you just have to download them first (it wont let you drive them though).

This would be kinda fun. Would be even better if Iracing let you change cars after joining a session.

Nope hahaha don't have time for that! With F1 2017 coming out soon and Project Cars 2, I have a lot of work to do to prepare all those championships we will support!

It is pretty awesome the way you guys run championships on all these platforms. I have really enjoyed our season and am hoping to help grow the field. It is good hard racing but the support and forum side of things is really cool too! Is it cool if we use PRL for a small sponsor on our car at Petite Le Mans to hopefully get someone to look at it and check it out?
