Race Structure
This Season, we will be divided up into 2 or 3 different parties with the leader of each in Discord. This should help limit the amount of talking in each and allow racers to be able to focus more on the track. This will also help with race invites still as more leaders tossing out invites should get everyone in the lobby sooner.

We will communicate out how many pace laps we need in Qualifying as normal. It will still be a 4% race, and we will take as many stops as needed until everyone has their set-ups in (with the exception of Restrictor Plates and Road Courses, we will not pit for qualifying).

The race will start as we are accustomed to. We will call out the pace speed and take as many pace laps as needed until everyone has their set-ups in. We will pace until the designated restart zone and will manually go green. From this point, it will be all on the in-game management system to call cautions. A new rule that will be added into race will be in regards to pit road safety. As we have done previously, exiting pit road under green flag stops will require all drivers to ride the apron through Turns 1 and 2 and merge on the back stretch. Along with that, we will require drivers to act in the same manner when entering pit road. The majority of the time, this means riding the apron through Turns 3 and 4 to pit road entry. However, there will be some exceptions based on track layout and that will be communicated before the race. There will be bonus points for the Top 3 finishers in a Stage. If a caution flies and ends the Stage early, we will honor the game's decision and the order at the time of the caution will determine the bonus points.

**It will be under the direct discression of the Leadership if a manual caution needs to be called. This will be solely for the case if a driver is purposley compromising the race. We are still at the mercy of the automated caution system. If it misses a multicar accident, that is the an unfortunate side effect of the game system.**
