not sure if there was maybe another PDF error, but I noticed today that the iracing series is going to be at the Daytona road course this week, not Watkins Glen

No PDF error, this was posted back in May when the original schedule was released. iRacing is updating the schedule mid-season, and we follow the official schedule. I was just informed earlier today about Daytona Road, so we'll everything figured out tonight.

Schedule changed to Daytona to reflect the iRacing official series change. We will determine the laps next week after some testing.

We will use the "Nascar Road" configuration that has the Oval T4 chicane luke the official series will run next week. We will get a new track map at some point for the website.

Do we know what setup it will be using yet? I was in a hosted session this week using a "daytona road 2011" set.

i would assume that, that would be the set up. Nascar hasnt raced this before so i can only assume thats the set up iracing made for this

I honestly haven't had a chance to look at the setup names. When I make the lobby Tuesday night, it for sure will be the setup used in the Official series.

Hey guys i will be posting a practice sessions on monday and tuesday for the daytona roval the first session will be up at 7 c 8e for 1 hour and on tuesday the session will start at the same time but it will be a 2 hour session if you want to get laps in please join us for some practice

1 hour practice is set up for tonight at 8p E. It is in the League Sessions section.

Also a friendly reminder, you will need a Asphalt Road D 2.0 license for the race.

The Race will be 25 laps. Also, qualifying will be extended to 10 mins since it is impossible to get 2 laps in 5 mins while starting from the pits.

Sorry to the outside row as we started rolling last night. Front row started rolling and then all of the trucks vanished. Assumed I disappeared but after seeing the broadcast it looks like you guys could still see me for a bit. Not the way I was hoping for that first lap to go haha
