I love Suzuka but I never manage it well in the Pro Mazda even it's the car I'm more confident and confortable with in iRacing 😋

Either I am really dumb, or I am not allowed to simply add an attachment to a post.  But here is a link to a shared drive folder, containing both my blap and olap files.  I also put in the setup I was using.   https://drive.google.com/open?id=1AJS-0jDrdr02rEnKv3u4l0VRMN0Prpej

Default late afternoon weather
25% track state
Best- 1:55.868
Optimal- 1:55.559

I only had about 6L left of fuel on that lap, it came later in the run.

If you have no idea what I am on about here, check out this post!  http://precisionracingleague.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=108&t=1399

*Updated with new laps.  And you are right Jerome, Tyler showed me how to post an attachment here ( I was just dumb )  But the extensions are not allowed at the moment.

It's probably because those files extensions are not allowed on the forum, I will fix it later.

1. If you could see any car or series added to iRacing, what would it be?
Formula E would be awesome! Honda civic and more street car!
2. Superbowl is next weekend. Who will you cheer for - Patriots or Eagles?
Patriots all way down!!
3. How do you prepare for races? Do you build your own setup?
I usually start by using VRS or setup sync setups and tweak it after a few laps.

Pre-Race Interview

1. If you could see any car or series added to iRacing, what would it be?

Good question.  I love racing open wheelers and downforce cars.  So I would say something to bridge the gap between the F1 cars and the Pro Mazda.  So an F2 car would probably be great.

2. Superbowl is next weekend. Who will you cheer for - Patriots or Eagles?

I will root for the Eagles just so the Pats don't win another one!  I wish I could hate Tom Brady since he is on a team I don't cheer for, but the guy makes it tough.  I respect him for being an outstanding player and not even a bit of an a-hole.  Stupid Tom Brady

3. How do you prepare for races? Do you build your own setup?

I try to get as much practice in as I can, but that can vary week to week.  I am finding that tracks I am already familiar with tend to go much better than learning new ones, so slowly I am improving pace.  For setups, I usually don't build from scratch.  VRS is a go to for me, as they tend to fit my driving style and don't need too much tweaking.  I usually do end up making a few small changes though, and try to favor a safer more stable setup than trying to drive on the ragged edge.  Some people are good/consistent enough to do that, but I make mistakes, and prefer to lose a little time than end up in the wall.

An F2 type of car to bridge the gap between PM and F1!

2. Superbowl is next weekend. Who will you cheer for - Patriots or Eagles?

This year I have not watched NFL due to players not standing for our anthem. So I won't be watching the Super Bowl either. At least I have my College Football and Basketball!!!!

3. How do you prepare for races? Do you build your own setup?

Practice, practice, practice - if I can. 95% of the time I do my own setups. I usually do 4 or 5 setups and set them up differently and then take what I like from each and make a final setup. I usually find that I am about a .6 to 1.5 slower with VRS sets, as they just usually do not fit my driving style. This week however i am running almost identical times with the VRS set and my set.

1. If you could see any car or series added to iRacing, what would it be? I would love to run the Indy Lights car. Also I am anxiously waiting for the Porsche GTE!
2. Superbowl is next weekend. Who will you cheer for - Patriots or Eagles? Don't really have a dog in this fight as the raiders again disappoint. I will prob pull for the Eagles but am more excited about eating Giordanos.

3. How do you prepare for races? Do you build your own setup? Usually starts with begging to get seat time from the boss lol. Then from there this season is try and scrape together a setup if not received and continue to go slow around the track.

Paul, if you can join us before the race, one of us will share a decent setup with you. No one in this league is too good to share a set. After all, it just promotes closer racing and more fun.

Tyler, I appreciate it. The bad thing is I do have one of your guys good setups lol. I am just slow at the moment. I was trying to make a joke out of how slow/bad I have ran this season. Just need more track time is all. Or a better driver lol. I will have fun no matter where I am running as it is always a good time with this group. And push comes to shove I am for hire for the second place car... jk, maybe

Real good race tonight guys.  Great win Rob, running a clean fast race here is not easy!  Had to take a slight offtrack detour on lap 1 since I didn't feel like losing a front wing on Robs gearbox haha.  Good battle with Dany for a few laps after that, close and clean driving, and you sure didn't give up easy man!  Even felt like I was racing with Jefferson for a while later in the race, but couldn't hold him back, just too darn fast!

P.S.
In interest of the team championship, I move that Jefferson gets a 1 race ban for the jump start, and Michael starts at the back just because
Good racing everyone
