1-How was you race in Monaco ? How many times did you have to pit for a new wing ?
It was very good. I was on my way to an almost certain podium but then I hit a lapped car and got a red front wing. I never pitted for a new wing (trying to do what Nick did last season) and that ended up ruining my race.

2-With this game do you setup your car differently than F1 2016 ?
Completely. No more 11 ballast setups.

3-This week we’re racing in Montreal , how do you like this track and what are your objectives ?
I love the track. My objective is to hopefully salvage this shitty season I have been having.

4- We have a break coming for thanksgiving next week , would you like to do a classic car race if we have enough people available ?
I would love to be a part of that.

1-How was you race in Monaco ? How many times did you have to pit for a new wing ?
Luckily none, but feel bad that I ran into the back of Falco.  That was a tough deal so I apologize for that.
2-With this game do you setup your car differently than F1 2016 ?
Yeah it is way different.  Not much is similar to be honest which is good and I feel like you will notice the effect much more.
3-This week we’re racing in Montreal , how do you like this track and what are your objectives ?
I need to have a mistake free weekend.  I may be going a little too aggressive on setups and I need to not make any corner cuts or mistakes.
4- We have a break coming for thanksgiving next week , would you like to do a classic car race if we have enough people available ?
I would partake in that for sure if it is an option.

1-How was you race in Monaco ? How many times did you have to pit for a new wing ?
Overall it was pretty good. My string of top 5 finishes has continued. I was unable to avoid Zephyr when he crashed, so I had to pit for a new wing once. But I was pleasantly surprised that I never had to pit from an unforced error.

2-With this game do you setup your car differently than F1 2016 ?
The setups are very different, but I still have a similar method. I look up example setups, try out the setups of you guys or people who have set time trials around 50th place until I find one I feel happy with. I then tweak it until I am satisfied.

3-This week we’re racing in Montreal , how do you like this track and what are your objectives ?
I'm liking this track now more than I used to. My objectives are the same as always. Race cleanly, be consistent, and hope for a top 5 finish.

4- We have a break coming for thanksgiving next week , would you like to do a classic car race if we have enough people available ?
That would be cool, but I will be away next week.

Ok I guess... P10 is better than DNF!! I had to pit 3 times for a wing! 2 times were my fault and the 3rd one was a miss understanding between me and Nick. A collision like that is frustrating but it did not affect my race since Atomic was so far behind and Nick wont the race so no point arguing this one! Water under the bridge.

A lot!

I hope I wont curse myself by saying that I feel good about this track, my race pace seems better than usual. I hope for a top 5 finish. Having the pace to have some nice battle with Megaman, Tron and MBr would be great!!

I would like to, but I'll put myself on the reserve list for that event!

Pre-Race Interview:
1-How was you race in Monaco ? How many times did you have to pit for a new wing ?Not very good ...I had to pit 4 times ... all my mistakes , sadly I compromised someone else race going slow without a wing on a short part of the track , I tried to hug the wall on the right but so did he ...
2-With this game do you setup your car differently than F1 2016 ? I'm still confused how this works
3-This week we’re racing in Montreal , how do you like this track and what are your objectives ? I really like this track !!! if I could just finish and get a point I would be happy , usually a lot of DNF here
4- We have a break coming for thanksgiving next week , would you like to do a classic car race if we have enough people available ? Sure !!!

1-How was you race in Monaco ? How many times did you have to pit for a new wing ?
Besides my crash, it was pretty good. I had to pit twice for new wings. First one after a crash at the exit of the chicane out of the tunnel and the second time close to the end when I just kissed a barrier.
2-With this game do you setup your car differently than F1 2016 ?
Yes. The anti-roll bar don't have the same amount of power and I need to get them higher. all because of the increased grip of the tyres.
3-This week we’re racing in Montreal , how do you like this track and what are your objectives ?
I'm usually not very comfortable at this track because there's so many traps. Objective is to keep off from troubles and the pace will do the rest for maybe a 6 or 7th place. It's so easy to spin off there...
4- We have a break coming for thanksgiving next week , would you like to do a classic car race if we have enough people available ?
Reserve driver for the moment.

Just to let you guys know, I am finishing work at 8pm again. Hopefully I can have another 10 minute grace before the race. But I'll likely make it before the race like last time.

I thought I was going to take it easy and not get corner cut penalties but I got them anyway, losing my 4th place. Most were deserved, because at the time I was going into a corner pushing he track limits, and the game didn’t catch my bluff. I also got a speeding penalty because despite activating the limiter and being under the speed limit, I accelerated to reach 80 kph but the car went a bit over that so I got a stop/go.

Once again we had rain during qualifying for the third race in a row. It’s showing who can set a fast lap right away, which my teammate did. I did two fast laps in a row which was the right choice because the rain was falling in the second lap. I also went for a safe two stop strategy so the tire wear wasn’t an issue.

As for the start, I was distracted with looking at my menu so I missed the lights. I wish we were able to select our starting engine mode before we go to the race because there is hardly enough time to open the menu and do that while reaching the proper revs.

So I lost a position on the start because of that. Not much happened until my final stint, because I overtook two cars in the first stint: one spun and I got the other by DRS. I had good battles with Zephyr and Megaman, though I bumped Megaman and lost a little bit of my front wing because my tire advantage was so big.

While trying to build a 6 second gap to Megaman I got a further 3 second penalty, which caused me to lose 4th. I didn’t have the fuel to run rich and build the gap, and Megaman had no penalties for me to fall back on which was the case in Monaco.

You get what you deserve, and I exploit track limits like a typical F1 driver but the game isn’t having any of that, and I’m glad for that. Still, our great team has really great drivers. Maybe I can go penalty-free in Azerbaijan?

Maybe by then I’ll have my PC upgrades installed, because I’d like to share my races and commentate on qualifying laps.

Are Nick and dark not doing time trials so we can't use their setups? Lol

Haha in Monaco I did my laps on PS4 and Canada I did not even turn 1 lap.  I was going to try and do some before the race but I ending up going out with someone people from work.  Did not want to be a drunk driver on the circuit :p

Racing in 2 F1 leagues is getting to be too much for me I think and I am starting to get burnt out.  I think I may need to end up dropping one of them.
