Last Season's Results (F1 2014):
1st: Dubzzy__
2nd: mightymurph51
3rd: El_Majacko
Pole: El_Majacko (1.15.036)
Fastest Lap: El_Majacko (1.15.473)

Pre-race Questions by El_Majacko:

1. With 8 different drivers populating the 10 records for this season (5 poles & 5 fastest laps), how would you describe the unpredictability of this season so far?
2. Monaco is a circuit traditionally associated with high attrition. What percentage of starters will see the chequered flag?
3. Both championships are very close at the moment with 8 points separating the top 2 drivers and just a single point separating Sauber and Red Bull. Do you expect this gaps to widen in the coming races or will each go all the way to Abu Dhabi?
4. Who do you predict will be on the podium?

1. Loving the fact that there is a mix of different drivers in with a shot of podiums and wins. It really makes the season more unpredictable and exciting 👍🏼

2. Usually it’s around the 50% mark when it comes to DNF’s, this can change of course if we have a wet race. I’m predicting 8 finishers for tonight 🏁

3. As mentioned in question 1, I believe it will stay close and go all the way down to a title decider at the final race in the desert 🏆

4. Monaco 🇲🇨 hasn’t been the greatest hunting ground for kidbyers over the years, except for my Senna- like drive in the wet back on F1 2012 (once again, ruined by Dean 😂) predicting a mixed podium tonight with hopefully a surprise result.

Catch you all tonight 💪🏼

1. With 8 different drivers populating the 10 records for this season (5 poles & 5 fastest laps), how would you describe the unpredictability of this season so far?
It's certainly an exciting prospect. Hopefully Sauber can populate those records more moving ahead though.
2. Monaco is a circuit traditionally associated with high attrition. What percentage of starters will see the chequered flag?
I think we have a talented bunch here, so I'd say we'll only have around 20% retiring.
3. Both championships are very close at the moment with 8 points separating the top 2 drivers and just a single point separating Sauber and Red Bull. Do you expect this gaps to widen in the coming races or will each go all the way to Abu Dhabi?
It would be preferable if my lead extended to a safe gap, but my opponents are too good to assume this might occur.
4. Who do you predict will be on the podium?
dreglar, Maznat, dani.

1. With 8 different drivers populating the 10 records for this season (5 poles & 5 fastest laps), how would you describe the unpredictability of this season so far?
Unpredictable yes, but still have regular top 5, middle 5 and bottom

2. Monaco is a circuit traditionally associated with high attrition. What percentage of starters will see the chequered flag?
We usually have 25% retiring so most likely 40-50%

3. Both championships are very close at the moment with 8 points separating the top 2 drivers and just a single point separating Sauber and Red Bull. Do you expect this gaps to widen in the coming races or will each go all the way to Abu Dhabi?
Probably not all the way to Abu Dhabi but last couple races will decide a champion

4. Who do you predict will be on the podium?
dreglar, Maznat, Majacko

With 18 cars on track I was fortunate enough to get some clear space for a banker. On my next run I intended to go for pole, but that intention turned into going for 2nd when Dynamite put in a 10. I was up but got balked so stayed P3.

R: 1st
Followed Dynamite and dreglar off the start. I essentially ran by myself as I had intentionally dropped back from the cars ahead after pulling a gap to 4th so I was being as safe as possible. I continued my stint beyond most of my rivals as I didn't want to come out in traffic and benefited by emerging ahead of dreglar and closer to Dynamite. I was considering upping my pace in case he had a penalty but before I could decide, he had lost a portion of his wing and pitted. This promoted me to the lead which I was able to extend further due to cars behind suffering damage while I had a pristine car. By the end I had a 30 second gap and cruised home to an important 25 points with none of my championship rivals appearing in the top 5! Congratulations to the podium finishers and commiserations to those who suffered bad luck.

R: ?? - Race from hell. possibly the worst league race I've ever done... It was like some kind of horrible fever dream, except I couldn't wake up.

Moving on to Canada then!
