Excited for tonight. I'll be slow as shit as always, but I love this circuit.

I'm going to address this hard tonight in the driver's meeting gents after that honestly shitty start we had to last week's race. Let's make sure that was a 1 time thing, we all come in ready to focus and make the right decisions, and not over-drive the tires on Lap 1. 35 mins is plenty of time to go where we belong during the race, let's not ruin it for ourselves or others in 30 secs of the race (1.4% of the race if that helps paint a picture).

The backup going into T8 on the first lap seems to catch a lot of people off guard. The back half of the field almost has to come to a complete stop there. The potential for carnage abounds.

I hit the rear of someone early on in T2. Didn't catch who it was. I was expecting them to be full throttle at that point so when they slowed, I couldn't react fast enough. My apologies. I was just trying to get a run, but I should have been more prepared since you had someone in front of you.

That said, I think a lot of guys need a lesson in giving room to race. If someone is along side you, you can't just move over and hit them or force them off. Too many egos that can't handle being passed.

Np. That was on me. From where i was i had to slow down so much to make the turn i wouldnt have expected you to anticipate that.

Link to replay has been sent to your inbox. I would suggest always save your replays, even if you are not involved in an incident. you never know when you might need one.
I have almost every replay from every race that I have ever been in in PRL. I wouldn't say anyone needs to be that crazy about it, but keeping replays from the current season is always a good idea.
There is a setting in the options menu in the sim, under the Replay tab, where you can select to have it ask you if you want to save the replay any time you exit a session.

Yeah, that was Mark and me that came by you right at the line... I thought, "what the heck?, What's he doing?" Then realizing you were probably out of push-o-line... that stinks!!

But:

I have Crew Chief set to give me an extra 0.7 lap of fuel... just in case and you never know, right? I ended the race with 0.6 lap of fuel left, so... may move it up to 0.8 lap extra of fuel.
I figure, that tiny bit of over-fueling can't cost me too much - as in, it won't cost as much as running out.

So that was the problem with my calculator. At the beginning of the race it was telling me to add 4.6 gallons, then changed to 4.0 gallons since I figured Wager was putting on a clinic and there was a chance to do 1 less lap. Even at 4.0, I added 4.5 gallons to be safe, but the calculator updated with like 5 mins to go, and then was telling me I would be 0.2 short. I should have stuck with my original plan of adding 5.0 gallons and I would have been completely fine.
