I have merged all the skins in to 1 download as of 9th May 2017.

If you are unsure if you have them all, then download and install anyway.

Just put the 'content' folder inside this rar into your assettocorsa folder in steam and let it overwrite, easy as that!

From now on, all reserve drivers will be in default skins as the downloads for skins became too fragmented, so just new full time drivers will receive skins.

To avoid cut track on leaving the pit lane, get in to the outer lane (Right hand side) Immediately and stay there until you exit onto the track.

You mean right hand side of the pit lane and left hand side of the track. I had no problems whit cutting track warnings. 
I suspect the app(the cut track one) is not working right on my system. I get warnings sometimes, but sometimes its just silent (even when I spin out or cut acros chickane) altho I get the red numbers (in AC laptimes)

Stay right hand side of pit lane, there is a white line on left, just do not cross that white line, then you will be ok, put a wheel outside that white line and you will get a penalty which adds towards the 3. Also if you have a drive thru and cross the white line, it will not count as a drive thru.
