Good evening, all and welcome to round 4!
I apologize for my absence in the not the last two rounds. I was out of town and unavailable to do them.

I’d like to thank you all for your continued patronage and racing as promised each week. I am also pleased that the fields have calmed down and the number of protests have decreased.  Let’s keep in mind that we are here to have fun and race cleanly. Turn 1 heroes need to understand that repeated offenses will not be tolerated and can lead to a possible disqualification, suspension, or outright ban from the league.

If you have any suggestions or comments for the league administrators please do not hesitate to reach out to us.  We highly suggest everyone take advantage of the Suggestions & Feedback thread where there is a form that you can fill out and help us easily keep track of the feedback/suggestions.

That is all I have for now. Link to these comments are in Discord and on the Week 4 thread on the forum. Spanish translations are available and are greatly appreciated, Christian.

I'll be on a week long trip this week, and will sadly miss Mosport, where I was feeling comfortable this week. Have a good race, gentlemen!

I'm new to the league this season and I'd like to request clarification on pre race requirements following the announcement that discord is no longer required.

Are we still required to be present at 8:45 pm EST for a driver's meeting which will be held via iRacing in sim radio? I didn't hear anything over the radio before last week's race in division 2.

Also, I'm fairly new to both discord and league racing. I don't frequent discord or the forum often, but which should I prioritize for announcements/updates?

Thank you

We will always host a pre race meeting on iRacing voice chat around 8:50/55pm. Last week was an exception. We can't monitor who is listening and who is not listening for the meeting. If you don't listen to the meeting and don't follow any instructions we may give into that meeting, severe penalty may be apply. We are also giving some information about actual and next season during that meeting.

Hope this help!

About that... last week drivers meeting mentioned some threads about future decisions going up. Are those up yet? If not where should we be keeping an eye out?

Second, Did we truly have *zero* protests in the last two rounds for both divisions? That seems highly unlikely. I mean if so, that's super awesome! If not, transparency with protests is a big deal and I would very much like to see that thread maintained.

My home track, and one of my favourites!! Was there this past weekend for the IMSA race.

Hopefully this week I can actually put together a decent race and finish well. Looking forward to tomorrow night.

Charles was on vacation, we are catching up on protest this week. However, I think we didn't received any protest from last round 😀

Poll thread will start next week, we don't want to start them too early! We mention it in last week meeting just to make sure everyone is following the forum. Cristian is also adding weekly poll on race thread to replace the pre race interview!

Feeling under the weather tonight and will have to miss this race at Mosport. Good luck to all contestants. Race fair but race hard. Will be watching the broadcast live and cheering on my favorite racing league.

Regards.

Ugh, I feel like protesting myself for spinning at least 5 times in turn 3 without any pressure on me.... Fun race when I was running clean laps though! And the only DNF in Div2 was a disconnect. Rest of us were laps down but still running :)

That was a great race! Made the overcut work, but fell short on fuel by about 2 corners.

And for that, I appreciate 15th :D
I had been trying to figure out how you got around me in the pits but now I know. You cut yourself short by a half gallon.
