1. Final round of the season, what do you think about this track ? It's a fun track with differents sections
2. How was your season ? Please share your best moments or highlights of your season. My highlight is break week for St-Valentine's
3. With F1 2018 Beta testing around the corner, you have one thing that you can fix or add for the next game what is it ? a working game ? I was in the Beta test for F1 2017 and there were not as many bugs . I guess the patch fest killed it

1. Final round of the season, what do you think about this track ? Difficult track where patience is rewarded
2. How was your season ? Please share your best moments or highlights of your season. First half was pretty bad but since Belgium, I'm pretty happy with my consistency and pace. There's still many things to improve though. Third position in Baku is my best moment of the season so far.
3. With F1 2018 Beta testing around the corner, you have one thing that you can fix or add for the next game what is it ? Not so much to improve, just many small things. This game is great and the Multiplayer experience is the main thing to improve for me.

Hey guys. Unfortunately I won't be able to make this race. I bought a car today and just got home a little bit ago and still have a lot of homework to do. Thanks for the opportunity to race this season with such a great group of drivers. I'm looking forward to next season!

Sorry piboye, I completely missed my braking at turn 1 and almost took you out of the race. I'm not at my best lately and I don’t have much time to practice.

Rules #2.14

If you need to retire from a race for any reason, a driver must responsibly drive to Pit Lane, and from there, they may go to the menu and retire from the session. Purposely wrecking on the track to retire, or giving up control of your car while on the racing surface to go into the menu option to retire is deemed unacceptable to PRL's behavioral standards and will result in a 1 race ban.

That incident wasn't that severe on my screen. I think a lag spike pushed my car into yours on your screen because your car jolted to the right on my screen which is why I hit you. I took damage and came to a complete stop to let you reenter the track. I will post a video to show how dumb everything was this race was for me and so you don't think I'm all talk and making stiff up.

I'm pretty sure with better internet speed you will have less lag problem. Everytime I see you on track you are lagging 🙁

DeadZero broke harder and sooner than I expected, which led to me braking harder than usual in turn 1.  The bump from you was from straight behind, so it pushed me into MBr and my wing went to light green (which is hardly anything), but didn't really hurt my race at all.  So, no problem.  Your incident was much better than the one I caused at turn 4 where I missed my braking and went into the side of MBr.  I haven't been at my best either.  But, even with having to fix a broken wing and ending lap 1 essentially last, I made my way up to 5th place.

I had to brake early in turn one because I was getting squeezed into the wall by sucuri. He did leave me enough space but the way this game is, I backed off.

And I live in a rural area (i have the best possible service available to me) so you can thank Bell Canada for not developing their service here (even tho I live 5 minutes from a town that has Fibe internet) and blame rogers for not being a competitor and creating a better service in rural areas. And blame both companies for buying out and dismantling any growing companies and there for regulating and price fixing the services available to Canadians. O' Canada.

You will post a video of this race ?

I'm still waiting to watch the video of your lap 23rd of the Mexican race...unless you have something to hide. ;)

I dont know what i could possibly hide, look at my upload speed in the S13 sign up. Itll take me a long time to upload a short video. Give it time. I have to do it over night when no one is using the internet here.

So with OBS i was saving my files in FLV format and Vegas Pro doesn't support that file. I have changed my recording setup to the GeForce Experience as its better and loads quicker. If you want to see my point of view, add me on Discord and I will show you through screen share.

You should capture your races in MP4 format which Vegas and other softwares recons.

As for your footage, I would prefer you share to everyone, not to make you feel faulty, but to show that I was not mistaken by your shadow car.

I think there is an important issue we should all discuss. Presenting a ping test to Chicago at signup serves an important function: to determine if a player has the necessary internet connection to be able to race, without effecting others in unintended ways.

It has become apparent that, for F1 2017, simply having lower than 100 ms ping to Chicago does not ensure that the individual will remain safely connected to the race. DEADZERO has caused a number of incidents due to improper connection to the host.

I don't think its fair to ban DEADZERO for his poor internet connection, but I also don't think its fair to have someone on track that simply being next to, means being flung across the track.

I don't have an answer here, I just think this is a conversation we should all be having prior to the next season's start.

Deadzero is definitely not the only one in which this is a problem. It has happened to me with other drivers such as Bobino and a couple others I can't remember right now. I personally have never seen Deadzero lag in my screen. This may be an issue between certain people on track. I'm not sure how we can address this though. I do agree that we should try to find a solution.

Another thing to note is that we have never had an issue restarting a race for Deadzero, whereas we have had to do so for others disconnecting due to internet issues. Just wanted to point that out.

That is true, I do not have problems with everyone. It seems to be the same people, bobino is one, although not every race. Sucuri sometimes as well. I never have an issue with Atomic, Dark, Nick, Zephyr, or Piboye when racing side by side. There is probably a few more but i cant think of them all right now. Some races there are no problems, other races it can be a problem.

The real issue is that its P2P multiplayer. I tell my family to not use the internet when I am racing. But as Atomic has stated, I never dropped or caused a restart. I promise you its the netcode for multiplayer in this game because in Assetto Corsa, I dont lag when Im racing with people from western and central europe.

Ive been on this network all of S11 (except the first 2 races) and none of you complained about it. I've been on this network the whole season and only now it seems to be gaining attention. I dont notice when I lag so I never knew i had this problem.

Edit: Id also like to add that it doesnt makes sense to have a speed test connected to Chicago when Dark is hosting and he is in Montreal. It all depends on how well we can connect to him. Personally I think we should try a test race with Piboye as the host since he has the best upload speed by far, this could make the connection stronger because information will get sent out to all of us faster.

I could give it a try during a practice race.  I worry a little about hosting because I've been dropped and caused restarts a couple times.  Not frequently, but often enough to worry me about hosting.  I don't know what kind of processor I need or if hosting would affect my ability to race and record at the same time.
