Have fun turning some laps this week guys. I'll be away for the next couple of days. Heading to Colorado for some Rockies baseball, and some other fine recreational activities . See you all on Sunday

Be aware of the new procedure to contact the race directors during the race.

Vegas   Good strategy track with long green flag runs   Least...dumb road course

All of them.  No beef with any of the teams.  I'd like to be on top.

1. I look forward to the schedule, sad to not see Talladega on there. Would of much rather ran Dega than Daytona. Looking forward to Kansas and Auto Club the most though. Kansas has always been one of my favorite places to run.

2. Honestly, I just want to have fun racing. Win or not this is a hobby to me not work so whatever I can get I will take and hopefully my teammates will be on top as well.

3. In FL went to about 3 a year but here in Washington.....most likely 1 and that is this weekend the NHRA is in town so I am going to hang with my friends over at John Force Racing. Looking forward to that, have not hung out with Robert, Courtney, or Brittany in almost 2 years so should be fun. Not a Seahawks fan but I will go to the game when they play the Redskins. Other than that maybe attending a soccer game or two perhaps some Mariners games when the Orioles come to town.

I'm starting to think that you like road courses', about as much as I like super speedway racing.

Then you must really dislike superspeedways!!!   Yes, I dislike road courses.  Too many turns to perfect.  Lol.

Pre-Race Interview:
1. Now that we can get to real racing, which track are you looking forward the most?
I would have to say martinsville, then auto club, and sonoma. Don't care much for tracks you can hold it wide open at... there's no fun in that, I like drivers tracks.

2. What team do you look forward to beating at the end of the season?
I just pay attention to the success of myself, and my team.

3. How many sporting events do you attend each year?
Living in Florida I go to the Daytona 500 every year, and the Homestead Finale race. Then 4-5 Green Bay Packers games (season ticket holder) :)

Pre-Race Interview:
1. Now that we can get to real racing, which track are you looking forward the most?

Probably Sonoma. I do way more road racing than ovals, so I figure that is the race I will get my best finish in this year.

2. What team do you look forward to beating at the end of the season?

I'm more worried about finishing races without causing stuff on track than beating certain teams.

3. How many sporting events do you attend each year?

Not many Pro events, I do attend a lot of amateur events though.

1. I honestly love all of them. With this new aero package on the Xfinity cars itll be the first time we run some of the tracks like this and I can't wait. I love the changes to the aero. Makes it to where you can hang it wide open less giving more advantage to drivers with better car control and conservation.

That being said I really like larger tracks like Auto Club so happy to see it back this season.

2. I'm with Jeff. We came close last season but I had to miss a race and so did Jeff so we didn't end up having as close a battle for the team points but I think we got a good shot this season. Just want to stay up at the top like we have been but with new competition we will have an interesting time doing so.

3. I'd like to go to more than I am able but tickets aren't always reasonable so sometimes its nicer to keep the cash and watch from the couch haha.

Awesome race guys. I felt like I had a very good car tonight, it had a lot of pace once I was about 15 laps into a run. Unfortunately I messed it up with 3 very dumb pit penalties. Made another mistake later on in the race when I stayed out probably a lap or two too long and clipped the wall while leaders were lapping me, which caused one of my teammates to hit me. Very sorry about that. See you guys next week.

Fantastic race tonight by everyone. Sorry about the issue Jaymes, you were right behind me when it happened running in 3rd. Very unfortunate. Looking forward to seeing you all next weekend at Martinsville. Just a friendly reminder there is a practice scheduled for Martinsville tomorrow at 7PM Eastern I think Chris said. If that one does not happen I am planning one at 8PM Eastern as a backup. Time to get back to work on setup sot prepare for next weekend.

Again, awesome job everyone.
