I noticed that we are using GP track with the slower chicane, but shouldnt we use the GT track which has the faster chicane, because it seems that they use it in real life. It is not a problem for me, but just for realism.

I didn’t really consider it at the time and I think it’s too late to change now

It's never too late to make things better. Specially if there's no burocracy involved

Any good place to find tuning set ups?  I'm trying to make time to run private practice sessions.  Knocked out about 20 or so laps last night and was only able to get down to mid 2:04's with the base set up.  I know I have more time to gain with that set up, but GT3 cars usually run 1:59's/58's here so I guessing that is the benchmark?

These gt3 cup cars are a few seconds shy of full spec gt3 pace so don’t be too alarmed of being slower than that. Check out YouTube to find setups but this car is a lot more about preference and how you drive if you don’t mind a loose rear you will get on very well with it :)

Slowly getting there.  Down into the 2:01's

Thanks for the help!

Which track layout are you practicing?

The boring GT one

In all seriousness I do like the GP version better if you are racing against people who know how to race.  The chicane provides great excitement for overtaking.   Let me know when you will be on today and I'll link up with you to try and sort out the mods and skins.  I have the normal weekend house stuff to attend to then I am free the rest of the day.

Here we are for the first official race of the season and back with the pre-race interview:
Having seen your opponents in Laguna seca who are you guys backing for the championship at this early stage?
Where are you guys aiming for to finish in the end of the season?
And finally what are your thoughts on the nurburgring?

For me Lum he looks really strong and consistent but i hope to be able to give him a fight  :D
I'm looking for a top 3 finish in the championship if i push and with luck on my side maybe the overall but i don't like to count my chickens
For me it's a good track not my favourite but provides good racing :)

Unfortunately I will have to miss tomorrow's race due to being swamped with school work. I have an exam on Monday to study for and 3 other projects to work on plus other homework. I will also be out of town next weekend so I will have to miss that race as well.  :(  I should definitely be here for the rest of the season tho. I should have this school work under control by then. Have fun everyone! See you in a couple weeks!

Also, my teammate, Deadzero, will be out of town tomorrow and next weekend but should be back for the 3rd race as well.
