**Pre-Race Interview**
1. Another non-conventional track this week with Indy. What's your confidence level going into Friday night?

2. Unfortunately more and more features are being ruled out of Heat 2 then being confirmed. What are you most disappointed about that will be missing? What are you most looking forward too?

3. Last week we talked Danica, this week lets talk Kenseth. He is out of JGR next year. Do you see him as a better fit with Hendricks or going back to Ford and jumping in at SHR?

My confidence is decent. I am normally pretty decent with this track but I haven't practiced this week. Also hopefully I can come out with a win on my Birth Day!

2. Unfortunately more and more features are being ruled out of Heat 2 then being confirmed. What are you most disappointed about that will be missing? What are you most looking forward too?

The one thing that I am disappointed in is not having damage in online. This would make the league more realistic and a lot of drivers wouldn't drive as hard. I am looking forward to all three series though I think that will bring in a lot of people into the league and NASCAR gaming communities.

I did get a notification from NASCAR this morning about there is chatter going around about Kenseth going to the 88 car.

1. I'm hoping to rebound. With a couple of big names missing this race I feel like my chances have improved. Will I win hard to know, but will I finish and race well, yes. Unless turn 4 becomes my kryptonite at this track like it usually does.

2. Are we even going to have the option to run with cautions off, because last I heard it sounded like it was not going to be possible and that the races would have two stages. It hasn't been said officially but their comments point toward that direction. In an interview that said it was what their online community was asking for. I wish they would focus to the online portion more as hardly anyone plays couch multiplayers anymore or wants a racing game for it's offline gameplay now a days. No damage sucks for sure. All I want is dynamic lighting and weather, and a realistic damage model. Now is that too much to ask, apparently it is.

3. I touch on this last week a little. I don't see Matt Kenseth going to the #88 that will be filled by a new face or Alex Bowman. However, I do see him in either the #5 or #10.

1. Another non-conventional track this week with Indy. What's your confidence level going into Friday night?
I am very confident when it comes to Indy, especially on long fuel runs. Unfortunately though, I will be on vacation Friday and at best, will probably have to start and park due to hotel wifi. There is a chance too that due to family obligations, I might not even be able to show up at all, so I can kiss the championship goodbye at that point.

2. Unfortunately more and more features are being ruled out of Heat 2 then being confirmed. What are you most disappointed about that will be missing? What are you most looking forward too?
All I care about is league racing in regards to NH2, so the lack of online damage is a huge bummer to me. All that promotes is wreckless driving with no consequences. If season 3 starts off the way season 2 did with the insane amount of cautions, I will probably institute a points penalty for those with clear at-fault accidents and park the repeat offenders more than we did this season. As for what to look forward to, at this point all I have is the Kurt Busch Daytona scheme. I would be more excited for the road courses if I had faith in them fixing the driving model.

3. Last week we talked Danica, this week lets talk Kenseth. He is out of JGR next year. Do you see him as a better fit with Hendricks or going back to Ford and jumping in at SHR?
Personally I would rather see him go to HSR to team with Harvick and Bowyer (and Kurt if he doesn't retire), so they can be the old man team like DK,GOMY lol. I would rather Hendricks do the right thing and give Bowman a shot based off of his performances when he filled in for Jr.

1.  I was hopeful for Pocono, and couldnt muster anything.  I like this track like most people do.  I can do a top ten.

2.  The best thing they did was get 40 cars on the track thats impressive, I think the closer to release the more let down, and this process to get a game we want will be drawn out for 3 to 4 releases, netting 704 a better profit.

3. HAS all the way for Kennseth.

1. The confidence is high this week. I've been on everyday practicing(Something I was doing consistently but the past couple weeks I haven't had the chance to). The lap times have been consistently fast this week and the long run speed is there.

2. I'm just looking ahead at a new NASCAR game. This game was a test game in my opinion and they HAVE to improve heat 2. It's not going to be comparable to Pcars but as long as it's improved I'm happy. I won't be disappointed as they're not a highly funded company.

3. I think Kenseth would be a perfect fit with SHR. A bunch of old guys that can compete for a championship!

Your battle for the championship is still in tact. I won't be racing at darlington in 2 weeks and the chances of me even starting and parking are like 5%

Time to be a hell of a lot more aggressive in the first segment then, cuz there goes the buffer we had on CJ lol

Q:12
I didn't have a chance to run a fast lap. I was mainly unable to complete my fast lap by half a second before the timer got me. Would've possibly been around 8th if I had got the lap.

R:11 (DNF - Accident lap 16)
I felt I had a car that could've challenged for a top 5. Only one problem though I spent most of the race upside down and unable to right myself. I count this in my book as a DNF because I was unable to run 64 laps after an accident that was the result of another driver's controller losing connection, which in turn sent me violently flipping several times in between turns 3 & 4 and landing on my roof on the apron of turn 4. I hung around though and never left as I knew there would be a couple of DCs and I was right as I moved from 14th at the end of the wreck to 11th after the race concluded. I have since voiced my opinion to 704 games to include a reset button for when this happens. Most likely they won't listen.

Q:1st

Ran a couple solid laps then on the last lap pushed out a pole lap running solo.

R:2nd

I'm happy with the finish although I would have like to be racing up there for the win, a little bad luck early on made it tough to get up there and race with the leaders. I took 5th in stage points which was very disappointing considering I got shoved up the race track and then dropped back down on by the same driver to send me from 2nd to 5th. Fought myself up from the back row to 2nd in the last 35 or so green flag laps, solid effort tonight to get back in victory lane but a few things just didn't go my way.

Congrats to Jobes for coming in and taking the win tonight!

R: 3rd. Got some set-up help, which gave me something good to drive for a change :)
