I've always been a fan of Charlotte on all the NASCAR games, I'm really looking forward to this race.

Hopefully something other than Just a GT3 league, hopefully some Indycar and LMP1's

3. What was your favorite win on Sunday: Ferrari ending their Monaco drought, Sato with a big time upset, or the #3 in victory lane for the first time in 17 years?
I definitely have to say the #3 in victory lane. That car deserves a driver that can put it there more often though.

I really enjoy Charlotte in this game. Atlanta and Texas are way too easy and forgiving. Charlotte has a couple points in the turns that will make you have to pay attention. I had a complete disaster PRL's first time at Charlotte. After that flub, I have had alot of success in other leagues with some fast guys in those league. I am definitely looking forward to having a strong run there... maybe not so much with the accident report that I am expecting to come from Friday however

2. What all the news coming out for Project Cars 2 and 704 being very hush-hush with any details 3.5 months away from launch of Heat 2, what are you looking forward to most from a PRL league standpoint come September?
Tbh, I am really looking forward to how PC2 will do oval racing. While I have no plans whatsoever to not race in Heat 2, but an oval league in PC2 is something that I have higher on my radar then what Heat 2 is probably going to offer.

3. What was your favorite win on Sunday: Ferrari ending their Monaco drought, Sato with a big time upset, or the #3 in victory lane for the first time in 17 years?
Dillon winning was very bittersweet to me. Earnhardt was the driver who made me very passionate about Nascar, and that #3 is holy in my eyes. On the other hand, there really is nothing about Austin that I enjoy, on the track and off. Ferrari's 1-2 was great to see... though that race was insanely boring.

I don't really enjoy this track. I expect I'll be the cause of a caution or two and finish around 10th.

The thing I'm most looking forward to is the new F1 game. F1 is really where my league racing began. I have also had the most success in that game than any other. Nascar Heat I'm guessing will be a polished version of what we have now. I won't be thrilled, but at least I'll continue to enjoy racing with the arcade racing game. PCars 2 makes me want to quit my 2nd job to run an Indy league. Not sure if I will be able to do all 3 though. Honestly i think if i had to drop one, it would be NHE.

Gotta be the Ferrari 1-2 for me. Monaco just has so much history and prestige, and for its most famous and successful constructor to dominate the weekend was truly amazing to see. I enjoyed the Indy racing the most, especially Alonso looking like he'd been racing Indy cars for years, instead of the weeks it's actually been.

It's a bit early to tell whether I like this track compared to other ovals, as it will be my first league event on an oval. No confidence.

2. What all the news coming out for Project Cars 2 and 704 being very hush-hush with any details 3.5 months away from launch of Heat 2, what are you looking forward to most from a PRL league standpoint come September?
F1 2017 will be my focus for sure. F1 has been the only series I've constantly been a part of since 2011, and will likely remain that way.

3. What was your favorite win on Sunday: Ferrari ending their Monaco drought, Sato with a big time upset, or the #3 in victory lane for the first time in 17 years?
Sato for me. Of course Monaco was great with Hamilton down in 7th, but I'd have rathered Kimi on the top step. The 500 was also a bit underwhelming with Alonso out and the two Australians wiped out soon after, but Sato winning is a good story.

Last time we were here I was just fighting for a decent finishing position. Hopefully I can continue my luck this season and get a top 5 finish

2. What all the news coming out for Project Cars 2 and 704 being very hush-hush with any details 3.5 months away from launch of Heat 2, what are you looking forward to most from a PRL league standpoint come September?

I am for sure looking forward to the Nascar League. I have a lot of fun doing this and I am hoping they deliver a decent game this time around. I'm also wondering if the Xfinity and Trucks will be raceable online, if so that gives PRL room to expand to develop developmental leagues that way they can learn the rules and tracks without being thrown directly into the fire. I would also like to see an oval track league that Hoot has proposed and I also wouldn't mind seeing an Indycar League for PCars 2

3. What was your favorite win on Sunday: Ferrari ending their Monaco drought, Sato with a big time upset, or the #3 in victory lane for the first time in 17 years?

I don't watch a lot of F1 or Indycar, but I am going to have to say Sato at Indy was my favorite win this past weekend. I like the fact that the #3 ended back into victory lane, but it was bound to happen at some point. Yes, Austin Dillion is "spoon feed", but he wouldn't be in the Cup series if he didn't have the talent to be there in the first place.

Does anyone have any footage of my lag. I'd like to see what I was asked to leave for please. Hopefully I can at least run Sonoma and Watkins Glen with the connection I have.

I didnt get much practice time in. I felt like I was headed in the right direction in happy hour practice, but didn't get to test it. Therefore, I used it in qualifying. It was a step in the wrong direction and it hurt my qualifying effort.

R:21 (DNF: Fire alarm in dorm)
A fire alarm went off in my dorm before the drop of the green flag. This forced me to retire from the race. I was bummed because I really liked my race trim and felt like I could've muscled out a third straight top 10. I guess it is what it is as my leaving the race was out of the league's and my control. Seriously though who cooks a burger to the point of going up in flames, eat that sucker at medium.

Q: 5th. How in the hell did that happen.
R:9TH  I counted 5 solo spins two when I was leading, wanted to put my foot through the tv, so I parked it with 30 to go.

I had confidence going into this race, so I was happy to start front row, figured I would be top 2 rows coming into quali. As for the race, first we'll talk about the finish. While another second place is good for my Championship hopes, it's really aggravating not being able to come out with a win. Atl/Txs/Chrl, all similar tracks, all 2nd place finishes. Part of me wants to race harder and hold my ground more so runner-ups happening, but that'll lead me to my next observation of the race:

That first half of that race was a joke. It's sad that it took over half the field to DC before we finally got green flag stops in. Guys we have to be patient and give more room. These are long a** races were doing, we don't have to make a pass every single time we see half an inch worth of gap. And along with that, we need to learn to pass as much as being passed. We all know I keep a tally of how many at-fault accidents drivers have, I also keep a tally of how many racing deals lead to cautions. The racing deals are piling up. I don't know what else to say at this point. I think I'm just going to stop complaining about it, and wait for Heat2 to come out so there's car damage in the stupid game and then people can just take themselves out of races that way.

Very satisfied with my second race of the season. First half was awful, nothing worse than someone who's 2 tenths slower blocking you and causing a wreck because they dont have the dignity to pull aside and follow. I know what it's like to be one of the fastest and one of the slowest. At dover last week i was one of the slowest but I almost salvaged a top 5 because I stayed out of trouble more often than not and wasnt selfish. It was kind of relieving to see the field dwindle down at the end, really shows that when the cars get spaced out the chances of a caution are slim. On my last pit stop I came out 1 lap short on fuel so I had to conserve fuel but that was no problem as 4th place was a lap behind. Hoping to run a cleaner race at Pocono. Glad to be back full time.
