We're just under halfway through the season, I'm sitting tied for 1st with Teammate "Hootius". Coming into this season I gave myself high expectations, I finished 2nd in points last season after leading the standings most of the season and I wanted to improve on that with a championship this time around.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement?

I just need to stay consistent and be content if I'm in a good position towards the end of the race. I've been a top 5 car all season and I've been up there fighting for wins, I'd like to add a couple more victories in the next 14 races. As far as improving, I need to work on my long run speed. A couple races this season I've caught myself trying to chase the fast lap as opposed to being smart with my car.

3. Who's your early pick to be the Season 2 champion.  Who do you see improving the most on their current place in the Drivers Championship?

It's going to be a tight battle at the end of this season and I wouldn't expect anything other than that for PRL. I can only hope the D/Cs slow down a little bit because there's drivers in here that deserve to be in the top 5 even top 3 in the standings and they're not due to D/Cs. It's hit me once this season also. I think the drivers who have been hit the most with D/Cs will improve the most if it all works out.

Im sitting in 7th, mostly attributed to DC and retirements, Im right at top 10 and expect that by the seasons end.  My expectation was closer to the back end of points.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement?

Need to start racing the tracks, and not my rear view mirror or the cars ahead, Police EVOC 101, Mirror the guy in front of you and youll male the same mistakes.

3. Who's your early pick to be the Season 2 champion.  Who do you see improving the most on their current place in the Drivers Championship?

Boy thats a tough one, CJ had been lights out lately then got a DC,  I think he will come out of Kansas with the points lead, and pull it out in the end.  As for movers, JWood will start climbing fast though he had missed a bunch of races...he will move the most spots until seasons end...looks pretty solid.

Thank you X for picking up the tab for next week lol

1. Ten races into the season where do you stand now in the points race, and how does that compare to your preseason expectation? Currently tied for the lead with Wardude, so obviously I can't complain. What makes me happy with that too is that it is really due to consistent race finishes, and not so much loads of bonus points.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement?
My average start and finish is currently 5th each, and I average 7th when it comes to the fast race lap. So as performance goes, I just need to keep pushing to get just a little bit more out of the car. As for what I can improve on, it is definitely the Stage positioning. I would hate to lose a championship on BS bonus points.

3. Who's your early pick to be the Season 2 champion.  Who do you see improving the most on their current place in the Drivers Championship?
If I don't pick myself, that means I am not pushing myself enough lol As for most improved, Jwood starting strong as he has will move him up the board quickly, passing those who do not race with us anymore. As for a driver who has race all year, It would be KDawg if the server would stop picking on him.

14th I don't know how to really feel about it because there were a couple of races that I should've had better finishes. I also have four DCs and the inability to close out a stage to thank for a handful of those poor points performances. Going into the season I was expecting a run at the Top 10 - Top 8 in points, but at this rate I'll be happy with getting a win in the season and maybe a Top 10 in points. We still have 13 races left so anything can happen though at this point.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement?
Consistency is my biggest area for improvement. I hate the fact that I can run well start - middle of a stage or race and fall off at the end. I need to learn to close a little better not be so conservative towards the end. Another area for improvement is qualifying.

3. Who's your early pick to be the Season 2 champion. Who do you see improving the most on their current place in the Drivers Championship?

Honestly at the moment its a toss up. I'm hoping it's one of the guys from damn kids get off my lawn, but with the way the Toyotas have been performing its going to be a close one.

1. Ten races into the season where do you stand now in the points race, and how does that compare to your preseason expectation?
Sitting a distant 4th. Should be several spots back if not for disconnects and people leaving. I came into the season wanting to be in the top 10 in points. With the landscape of the league now I think top 5 is possible, but I need to stop getting involved in late incidents.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement?
Wreck avoidance. I think I lead the league in getting involved in incidents. I don't know why if it's just bad luck that stuff happens in front of me or if I'm just lacking skill in missing the cars wrecking, but it has to improve for me to contend in this championship.

3. Who's your early pick to be the Season 2 champion.  Who do you see improving the most on their current place in the Drivers Championship?
I think it's going to be tough to beat the consistency of Hootius. Cj and war have crazy speed, but aren't as consistent as Hoot. It's going to be exciting for sure.
As far as who will be most improved, I think Kyle has a shot to move into contention if he can learn to finish the race. He's always one of the fastest drivers but always has some issue that takes him out of it. I don't expect that to continue forever and should see him climb up the standings.

I'm in 24, which I started in last and have came that far. As it is just my first season I'm happy to see myself moving up the board.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement?
I think my biggest place for improvement would have to be qualifying. If I can get some better qualifying laps I believe I can get some better finishes.

It's so close I really can't narrow it down, lot of talent at the top. I'll pick myself because I joined the league late and I'm making progress and I'm shooting for top 15 in points. That's my goal and I'm gonna keep racing and learning.

1. Ten races into the season where do you stand now in the points race, and how does that compare to your preseason expectation? Well this is my first race in the series and i feel like if i get great positioning off and on pit road i can climb the points standings. Its gonna be a fun season and im ready for everything.

2. How can you perform better in the races to come or what areas do you see the most room for improvement? Well definitley just finding the speed that i need to win has been hard you know i mean we get great cars to start and i make well with what i can but i need to learn to adjust the car better.

3. Who's your early pick to be the Season 2 champion. Who do you see improving the most on their current place in the Drivers Championship? Cj is my pick to win i mean he has definitly found speed in the car and he showing that hes gonna be a major contender. Kyle is most improved up that list looking at everyone who does have a shot i see maybe a win and a couple top fives and he is in contention

Wardudes race recap

Q:1st
I usually don't worry to much about qualifying but I wanted this one. Once we paced off turn 2 after our final pit stop it took me a good 2 laps to get myself situated and away from the middle of the pack. I tucked in a few car lengths from zeke and used his draft to post a 30.5

R:1st
I wanted this one. I worked all week on keeping my car solid throughout a full fuel run and I was glad to see it worked out having two green flag pit stops after long runs. I was able to get my car good enough to where I could really gain distance on 2nd place then I was able to ease off and save tires while still pacing good lap times. It's a good feeling when your car will do whatever you want it to do throughout a entire fuel run. I also took a stage win and posted the fastest lap(unfortunately doesn't count towards the standings and giving me an extra point which I do think is a tad unfair given how tight this points battle will be but it is what it is)

Q: 2nd
Kept tinkering all the way up until qualifying, and found something that I thought was ok. Caught a great draft and beat my previous best lap for the week by almost a whole tenth. While I am grateful to pull that lap out and get 2nd, losing pole by .001 was a nutkicker.

R: 5th
I'm lucky to walk out of this one with a Top 5. All the tinkering I did, I never got a nice long run on it, and this car became full of trash. The race itself was fun, we had some good green flag runs, but I had to tinker all the way up to the end. Finally on the last pit stop I just went back to what I know I was comfy with (even if it was a little bit slower solo, I didn't care because the draft would keep me close). After KDawg and CJ DC'd, I thought I had the third-place car, but the mass disconnect didn't give me a shot at having a great battle with Zeke and Meatty.

Q:11
I had a decent setup but it was not fast I had some speed, but was 4 or 5 tenths of a second off of pole speed. Again, my struggles in qualifying continue, but I'm starting to get some confidence in it.

R:3
I made a slight adjustment on my car and gained some speed as I was now within 3 tenths of the fastest times. However, I enjoyed this adjustment allowed for me to have almost total control over my car and it was fantastic. It allowed me to race with the pack and make some nice passes. After some time in the race in which I would've been happy with a top 10 I felt I wanted more. My car was quick in the draft and I could hold my own with the lead cars. I raced my way through the field multiple times and would've finished in the top 5 or 6 if the race stayed green and didn't get rained out by the mass dc. However, I feel I earned third. I fought for it and managed to hold everyone off and even made an attempt to take the lead from War on the last restart. I had spaced myself out from 4th and when the server spikes started I was setting up the pass to retake second from Jwood but then the clouds opened and rained down the dcs. It was a great and fun race.

Q: 9th
R:10th  Was around 5th to 7th most of the night, a little lag spike with contact shuffled me back a few positions and a lap later...........the big disconnect, another 10th, works for me.
