Question about upgrading to premium

Hi, I am looking to register for the upcoming F4 season and saw there was a promo code to enter it for free if you're a premium member. I submitted my payment through Paypal for the Premium & was curious if it takes a little while for the system to reflect the changes because I receive an error stating that I'm ineligible to use the promo code on the F4 season.

Hi Justin!

I think your premium subscription did not work because I'm not seeing anything on Paypal and your member profile on the forum was not upgraded (it's an automatic process). Once you'll be premium, your profile name will appear in green!



If you get a receipt from Paypal that you have paid, please send me a PM so I can assist you with that!
