Sale lasts until 8 June 2018 at 12:00PM. I got the game for $32 CAD. It is much easier to get started out of the box, with much more simplified FFB options. In addition, you can adjust FFB strength while driving to fine tune it if you need to. This game is definitely a huge improvement over the first, since I was able to go into it feeling comfortable rather than overwhelmed by customizing the FFB.
