As we begin 2020S4 at PRL, there are some small changes to our road series stewarding system that all drivers should be aware of.
Protest Tokens - all drivers will begin the season with 2x protest tokens (per series) that can be used throughout the race season. Use your tokens wisely.
Timelines - the stewards will aim to adhere to the following timelines as best we can. In some circumstances, such as complex multi-car incidents, additional time will be required.
As always, our goal is to promote better decision making from all drivers on track in order to keep the racing clean and competitive. We always welcome feedback, and please do not hesitate to reach out with any comments you may have.

- Protest submission deadline - 72 hours following the completion of the race.
- Appeal deadline - 72 hours following the stewards report.
- Stewarding decisions will be issued minimum 1 hour prior to the start of the next race. Longer review periods may be required depending upon the nature of the incident.
- PRL's stewarding group will be moving away from driver points penalties in favour of more time penalties, disqualifications and pit start penalties. We have found that a 5 or 10-point penalty does not carry as much weight as a start from the pit or race suspension penalty.
