I have been extremely busy so I apologize for the late posting. I typically try and have this spiel up during sign ups. If you have not read the PRL rules, please do so. This post is to reiterate a few points.
Outside of race chatter, there is no communication allowed on the iRacing chat. Normal race chatter includes "pass left, Mark binned it in turn 1 again, pitting in etc". Unacceptable chatter includes "What the *&%^ are you doing?!" or any type of aggressive remarks towards another driver. Breaking that rule will force me to stop my race, and kick you. If I have to do that you can expect further punishment as well.
Our goal is to have a protest free season. If you are involved in an accident, and you are at fault, give the position back. There is no trophy, there are not hookers and blow waiting for you after the race (at least sponsored by PRL, YMMV). This is meant to be enjoyable for all regardless of skill level. Race hard, race fair, have fun. If you can't have fun, there's no point!
I wish you all the best of luck this season. The Discord channel is open for all to use during the race. We are a bunch of loose cannons in there and smack talking is preferred and encouraged. If you are the type that needs silence while racing it's probably not the best fit for you. As I stated, this is all about having fun.
Thank you,
Erik
