I am going to miss tonight's race. I had a family emergency and won't make it back to Seattle in time.

Tried the Renault tonite but I need a setup or something .totally undrivable after two laps..everyone had glitches and bugs like ghost pit stops.apparently they changed my tires in spirit only...patch is definitely needed before start of season..game is a totally joke as of now...off to go get banned of p.cars forums.

A couple of thoughts on tonight - it was frustrating

1. until this thing gets fixed, no cross the big pond league racing. We really didn't have troubles in the 1 hr of practice. Aid & Hate were the only real differences between the two sessions.

2. Break the practice into (3) 18 minute sessions with 2 minutes in between. This will give people a chance to jump in with a reasonable amount of waiting if they miss the start of a session.

3. Turn off the manual pit until that thing gets fixed. Seemed that lots of people had issues on the pit stop.

Maybe this first season of PC2 the races should be broken into (2) 25ish minute races with the second race starting grid being random.

Just my thoughts on things that might help it run a bit smoother. And prevent guys from getting frustrated about the game.

What are others thoughts?

I agree on everything except splitting the race into two parts.

I know where your coming from with across the pond racing. But I have been racing with Nova, and Toast aince day one with no issues.
I dont think that is a major problem right now. Its the in game bugs that need fixing. I had no lag to anyone.

Until it's patched:
- Auto Pit stops
- Maybe NO pit stops, most of time it puts wrong tyres or pressures, and fuel.
- No Rolling Starts, it's a known bug, maybe causing pit errors.
- No more than 8 to 10 in a lobby, or wheels go buggy.

Upcoming patch may not fix exactly all of it or what's needed for smooth MP sessions. A major patch that has already been in the works is slated to drop in Nov.

I would honestly say hold off on the season until the 1st patch is put out and see what happens from there. It's not fair to lock people out especially the ones that have been with this league longer then most of us. We can still race on Tuesday night. Just not have it count until 1 or 2 patches come out and fixes some of the more major issues of the game.

If you are not part of the Pcars 2 forums then you need to sign up and create a post in the Xbox One >Technical issue's > post new reply and tell everything that went wrong for you in that and any other race that you may have had issues in. The game won't get playable (didn't say fixed because well Pcars 1. Need I say more) unless everyone voices there concerns.

Definitely can't run mandatory pit stops until that gets fixed. Still make it that you have to pit, but it would have to be on the honor system (worked in another league I was part of on the PS4) and make it auto control.

Once again I feel that the season should be postponed until the 1st patch. Test the game with that then take a vote to see if it is worth to have the 1st season start or wait to the next patch. My opinion, I will do what ever the Majority decides.

Just so everyone is clear, we are aware of the problems with the game. Preseason is going to be extended as long as needed until we see improvement.
