Attention!
***Mandatory downloads, please install in order***
Ptracker v.3.3.6
You must have this client to ensure stracker serverside works correctly, as we use it for timing, adding penalty time etc.
Unzip/rar (winrar), launch the exe file and let it install itself in assetto game folder.
Remember to activate it in your Assetto Corsa game menu: Options > General - scroll down to UI Modules and tick the app.
PitLanePenalty v.1.21
You must use version 1.21, as we've experienced server errors when using newer versions. Please use this version and install before installing PRL pre-season package, very important! This is because the package contains a settings file that will be overwriting the default one.
Open and extract to your assetto corsa game folder, f.i. "..Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\", it will unpack itself in the right subfolders.
Once again, remember to activate it in UI modules. The settings file is locked to PRL server, so it should selfactivate only when joining PRL server, but make sure you have the app activated inside cockpit (activate in cockpit menu to the right) and place the app in the center of the screen, where the red/green warning square indicator is visible at ALL times during race!
When you login to the server, you should see this message in the chat:
PLP: running version 1.21,2-50-3-True-1.3-0.98-3-2-82-1|*your name*
If the highlighted part is not identical, you're running the wrong version of PLP.ini settings, please redownload and install PRL package, press 'Yes to all' to overwrite anything you might have installed before.
PRL pre-season package
This package contains Mugello PRL, which is a version with track limits defined by the white lines only, no kerbs, carpet areas etc. are valid. You can not join the server if you don't have this file, or if it is altered in any way!
It also contains a PitLanePenalty settings file.
Again, un-pack in assetto game folder, it will find the correct subfolders.
.........
Video of how PLP works and why it is important to place it in your field of view (black screen until 0:20, sorry!):

PLP will show a red square once more than 2 wheels is on the outside of the white line. To reenter the track without a warning, you must lift throttle/tap brake to get down to 98% the speed you left the track with. This is just enough to not ruin your entire lap, maybe even keep your position if being tailed, but it will not benefit you in any way. You can get 3 cuts, the 4th will issue a 10 second penalty to your total racetime, post race. PLP will write to the chat when cuts and penalties are given, like this:
PLP: Cut the track on lap 8|*driver name*
PLP: Cut the track on lap 9|*driver name*
PLP: Cut the track on lap 12|*driver name*
PLP: GIVEN A 10 SECOND TIME PENALTY FOR CUTTING|on lap 13|*driver name*
After a penalty is given, you will once again have to get 3 cuts to initiate a 2nd penalty at the 4th cut, etc etc.
It is the same for all, therefore no one should be reporting trackcutting after a race.
At all times, PRL can change the rules for PLP and penalties during the season to ensure homogenization.
PLP is active during practice and qualification too, though it will only issue penalties during race. But, your lap will be invalidated at the 1st cut, so be aware. You must complete a perfect no-cut lap during qualification for it to validate your time.
No cut (2 wheels inside white line):

Below, cut indicator activates, even with one wheel just about leaving the white line. In race, you need to lift throttle/tap brake and wait till the indicator goes green before re-entering, to avoid the cut warning:
