Apologies for the short notice!

I will be hosting a recruitment and practice race on Thursday March 15. Please invite anyone and everyone - the more drivers we have, the more fun it will be.

This will be a good opportunity for us to get some laps in together and work on learning and developing this car.

Race Length: 130 Laps
Start Type: Rolling Start
Fuel Amount: 100%
Weather: Dynamic Weather
Time of Day: Afternoon

Race Day: Thursday March 15
Practice: 6pm EDT (180 minutes)
Qualifying: 9pm EDT (2 laps / 5 minutes)
Race: 9:10pm EDT (130 laps / or 55 minutes)

Pre-Race Interview
1. We have changed cars. What is the biggest change for you as a driver?
2. Do you use telemetry regularly?
3. When it comes to car setup - do you prefer a tight car or a looser car with move oversteer? Why?

What is this business braking and downshifting on a oval?!? The learning curve feels real my friends, I apparently got very used to the Pro Mazda! Looking forward to seeing you guys on track.

1. We have changed cars. What is the biggest change for you as a driver?
More power. With the PM, you really had to work hard to light up the rears and spin the car. (My driving was a good example of such hard work).. with this car I find I am paying far more attention to what my right foot is doing. Instead of smashing the throttle full on, I am having to be more smooth and gradual with my throttle application.

2. Do you use telemetry regularly?
I am hit and miss with the telemetry. I have it, I somewhat know how to use it, but I never find the time to get enough meaningful data to analyze...

3. When it comes to car setup - do you prefer a tight car or a looser car with move oversteer? Why?
I am 'that guy' who sits in the middle. I can handle either, but I prefer a car that walks the line between the two styles.

LOL! Yeah I tried running last night for maybe 35 to 40 mins to find 2 things. I really screwed up on my paint and I am going to need a lot of work to do anything close to non-embarrassing (if that is a word, we all know my struggle with the English language) racing.

PAINT SCHEME!!!! The layout in the template is funky and is hard to line up. Oh and the driving is different too but I have only tried New Hampshire so far and UGH!!!!! Pulled a setup from setup sync and it is decent. I will share tonight but no promises.

2. Do you use telemetry regularly?
For setups I will use it if I am struggling aka if nothing in my vast knowledge of adjustments in the setup are making changes. Biggest thing I use it for is ride height. If anyone needs a template to use on Motec let me know as I have a pretty good one I downloaded.

3. When it comes to car setup - do you prefer a tight car or a looser car with move oversteer? Why?
LOOSE!!!! Understeer is for limp wrested p.... it's just not for me. I like throwing the car around a little more.
