Hey guys just want to give an update on the season so far Trevor and I talked the other night and have taken all the input that yall have offered and we are trying to trying to make the best of it as we are both new. first off I want to thank everyone of you guys for the patience through this learning curve. Now on to the changes. Trevor may chime in on this if I messed one up lol
1. we are capping the entries to 24 so that way we can do 6 per heat for a total of 4 heats. The main reason is we have some guys in here that are new to dirt and it would open up the racing groove so there not feeling pressured and allow them to get the feel for the car..
2. We are going to go with a 40 lap feature. As suggested by Rory he saw a few leagues that had 35 lap features but ran like 42 laps Trevor and I have looked to see how that's possible but with no prevail so a longer feature will allow us to maybe get some green flag runs in. I am in talks with another league that is trying to help me get that set up to where caution flag laps don't count.
3. Setups will stay the same as they have been for this TRIAL season. everyone seems to be getting the car to handle pretty good and there has been some good racing.
These changes are going into affect now. so please again bare with us for this TRIAL season and please keep the input and suggestions coming as personally I would love to see 2 dirt series like the 360 winged and the super late models. We have a strong group of guys here and I think we could have a lot of fun

I fully agree with fixed setups for this league, I do open setup leagues and the racing is just so bad because you get 1 or 2 drivers who just smoke the whole field, with these fixed setups it puts everyone on a fair playing field and it has WAY MORE AMAZING racing compared to a open setup league, but I will highly recommend you guys to lower the rear stagger on every setup so you can have people out there who can run 0 and can run -10 wing position, I tried -8 at Eldora and knoxville and it was horrible because how loose the setup was, or another idea is do some sort of a vote the week before on the setups.
