Quick question about custom paints, forgive me if I have missed the info somewhere. Do we have to send our paints to the broadcasters for them to be seen, or do we just run them as normal on TP?

sorry, new to the league. I searched but couldn't find a league setup in iracing. Do you just create hosted sessions for each race or is it under something other than Precision Racing League?

League has not been set up yet.
It will after sign ups close.
In most cases, the series organizer with tag the series and you will get notification that league invites have been sent out.
After that notification, when you log on to iRacing you will see a green flashing light, same as you get when someone sends you a PM.
Click that and it will take you to the invite which you after you accept you're in.
