Incident Vettel/Hamilton is 50/50. Hamilton didn't brake, but slow right after the corner which I think was stupid. While Hamilton lifted up, Vettel probably accelerated at the same time because of the pressure of Perez behind. But, the overreaction of Vettel was aggressive and stupid, he's lucky to just had a 10 seconds penalty.
Stroll.... I would say let's wait one more race! Montreal, he has the motiviation of being at home, but was still way slower than Massa. Baku, he was faster, but remember that this track is still new to everyone, so everyone has kind of the same experience on the track. But yes, he did really great at Baku!
