On Track Reviews and Procedures
[ol]
[li]On track incidents should be avoided at all costs.[/li]
[li]On track incidents that result in a caution will be automatically reviewed by the PRL Chief Oval Steward and will be ruled on immediately following the race.[/li]
[li]On track incidents that do not cause a caution can still be reviewed. Please message Charles Sumner via PM on Discord within 30 minutes of the end of the race. If Charles is not present for the race, please contact one of the other Organizers.[/li]
[li]Race Start and Caution Restarts will also be reviewed by the Steward team for early 3-wide violations.[/li]
[li]PRL's Racing Rules and iRacing's Sporting Code are in effect for all official races through the season.[/li]
[li]Stewards will issue a caution point value against a driver(s) found at fault for initiating the caution, as well as drivers maneuvering carelessly or recklessly that lead to other drivers getting involved in the caution. The standard is 1 point per caution, however the Stewards have the right to issue a larger point value if the action that started the incident was deemed to be a Major infraction or causing cautions in consecutive races. No points will be assessed if Netcode if ruled to be the deciding factor. [/li]
[li]Any driver assessed 2 caution points within a 3 race period (rolling timeline), will be ordered to start from the rear of the field for the next race. Any driver assessed 3 caution points within a 5 race period (rolling timeline), will be suspended for 1 race (which will not go towards a bye week). Any driver assessed 5 cautions points during the duration of the season will be parked for the remainder of the season.[/li]
[li]Any driver who is issued an EOL start penalty shall not qualify. Drivers caught doing so will be issued a black flag and will be disqualified.[/li]
[li]Any driver who gets DSQ for not serving a black flag during the race will be placed in last and all points will be removed, and the race will not count as a drop week. If you receive a black flag in the final moments of a race and do not have time to serve it, you must contact the race organizers so the appropriate action can be taken.[/li]
[li]You have the right to Appeal a caution decision if you feel the original ruling was incorrect. Contact will Charles Sumner withing 48 hours of the end of the race if you wish to Appeal a ruling. The entire Steward Team will review the incident and will cast a vote, in which the majority vote will be the final verdict. Losing an Appeal will place a 30-day restriction in place where you may not Appeal a verdict again.[/li]

[li]For his actions post race on the track and in the GSRC interview, JR Smith has been removed from the RPL per a unanimous vote from the PRL Management.[/li]

While the Stewards have found Dominic Begin at fault for moving up into the door of Blaine which triggered the spin and caution, the Stewards are awarding Dominic a partial caution point for the contact due to the circumstances of the incident.[/li]

Steward Reviews:

[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 2 caution. The Stewards have found that both Richard Regan and Blaine Adams were moving towards one another at the time of contact that lead to an incident. The Stewards are giving both drivers a partial penalty point for shared responsibility in this caution.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 18 caution. The Stewards have found Brett Adams at fault for getting into the wall in T4 and coming down low and across the nose of Blaine Adams, resulting in a spin.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 25 caution. The Stewards have found Mike Richter at fault for getting into the backstretch wall, and coming down into Josue Tellez, triggering an accident.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 32 caution. The Stewards have found Thomas Sink at fault for coming down across the nose of Paul Williams on the backstretch, resulting in a spin.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 50 caution. The Stewards have found Tristan Callahan at fault for getting into the LR quarter panel of John Labaff on the exit of T2, resulting in a spin.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 82 caution. The Stewards have found Tristan Callahan at fault for getting into the wall on the exit of T2, and coming down into Nicholas Hunter, resulting in spins.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 93 caution. The Stewards have ruled that the noticeable netcode between Aaron Webb and Stacy Hunter was the cause of the caution as neither driver made a direct move towards one another. No caution point will be given for this caution.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 106 caution. While the Stewards noted Barron Hilton drifting to the left on the straight towards the direction of Tristan Callahan, the amount of gap between the 2 drivers was just too much to rule if real contact would have happened or not. The Stewards are ruling this caution is due to netcode and no caution point will be given.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed a protest of contact Lap 150 between Thomas Sink and Brenden Chatley. The Stewards have ruled that the contact Thomas made to Chatley was excessive as it was past corner entry and in the apex of T3/4, and the contact was made directly to the LR quarter panel. The contact resulted directly in a change of position, and Thomas will be awarded a point for the contact.[/li]

Steward Reviews:
[ol]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 45 caution. While the Stewards noted that Richard Regan was holding his line and Rob Haynes was slightly drifting away from the bottom line at the point where netcode contact sent Richard spinning, the gap of netcode as been ruled to be too big to confidently say that Rob would have hit Richard had there been no netcode. Due to that ruling, there will be no caution penalty given for this caution.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed the Lap 52 caution. The Stewards have found Kevin Santana at fault for creating contact with the LR quarter panel of Mike Richter exiting the tri-oval, which resulted in a spin.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed an incident that occurred on the white flag lap that did not get a chance to bring out the yellow. The Stewards have found Austin Hunter at fault for creating contact with the LR quarter panel of Mike Eames exiting the tri-oval, which resulted in a spin and loss of positions.[/li]
[li]The Stewards reviewed a protest of contact on Lap 12 between Thomas Sink and Blaine Adams. The Stewards have noted that Blaine did not deviate from his line on corner exit and kept the same gap between himself and the wall. The Stewards have also noted that there was no physical contact between the 2 trucks, and that the contact felt was netcode. There will be no caution penalty given for this review.[/li]
