To help promote more of a team aspect in Season 2, there will be a change in how the Cars and Teams will be picked this coming season.
In Season 2, the league will consist of six 4-car teams fighting for the Team Championship. The 6 teams will be:
Hendricks, Gibbs, Stewart/Haas, Chevy, Ford, and Toyota.
The team names may be changed to whatever your team would like to be called, but the cars your team uses need to stay in the above categories. The 11 of Matt Tifft, 19 of Daniel Hemerick and the 20 of Erik Jones will not be available to be picked as we do not want 2 cars with the same number out on the track at the same time. Also, NascarNext drivers cannot be used in multiplayer races, so those car are also not available for selection.

[li]The selection order will be based off of the final points standings from Season 1, followed by sign up order for new drivers.[/li]
[li]The last season's winner will have the first pick, so he will announce his 3 teammates and which group of cars they will be using.[/li]
[li]After announcing his team, the next driver in the points standing, who is not already in a team, will then select his teammates and their grouping of cars.[/li]
[li]We encourage you all to talk to other driver's in advance to organize your team (do not just pick a random driver in the league who you think is fast. Not cool since they may have already spoken to someone else about teaming up).[/li]
[li]If it comes down to your pick and you do not have a team in place, you may pick any car number still available and will be paired up with the others who select the same manufacturer.[/li]
[li]Reserve drivers will use one of the cars that have already been chosen when they fill in for a race.[/li]

On your turn, announce your team and teammates. Also choose your number from your selected team and if you know what the other drivers numbers will be you may announce it as well.
