New menu item at the lounge, the BTR Hoagie. A mini brat grilled then stuffed into a small cored pineapple which is also then grilled just enough to carmalize the sugars. Serve on hot dog roll and covered in a creamy white creme fresh sauce. Served with nuts on the side.
