The Organizers of the American PS4 PRL Project Cars, Formula 1 and Nascar Heat leagues are putting together another Special Event for the launch of Project Cars 2! We will be running a 100 lap race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (Oval), using the Indy Cars. The race will take place on Friday Sept. 22nd. All PRL members are welcome to join!
Here is the detailed schedule of the event:
Practice: 8pm EDT (60 minutes)
Qualifying: 9:00pm EDT (10 minutes)
Warmup: 9:10pm EDT (5 minutes)
Race: 9:15pm EDT (90 minutes)
The host for the race will be Hootius
The weather will be clear and time progression will be normal with a Noon starting time.
All rules of the PS4 ApCS are applied except for tire wear at 3x.
We will use the Nascar Heat system of utilizing party chats and Discord to coordinate cautions. So while you do not have to talk, you need to be in a party to participate in the race. Cautions will only be called for incidents that involve multiple cars spinning/wrecking.
