I am putting the stamp on this right now. Peeps are not forced to be friends and yes there will be disagreements, but there is a proper way to communicate points without it being disrespectful. Cool it down and no pop shots on one another.

Also, I am not going to name anyone specifically and this is a message that will go out site wide to the PRL. It is my best advice to NOT submit a Stewards report right after the race when you are still upset. Take the time to calm down and clear your head. Then, take it upon yourself to full review your own replay or the broadcast footage if that is all you have. Give it a full analysis (that includes watching it in slow motion, because that is what the Stewards do as well) and then decide if the Stewards need to get involved. Kneejerk reactions in sending protests can backfire on you.

Here is something I don't want to see. I don't want to see anyone withdrawing simply because they had a bad night on track. It's racing. You are going to have good nights and bad nights. Review what happened in your replay objectively and learn from it.

Learn what the initial mistake was that caused you to go off track. Look objectively at the decisions you made once off track and how you re-entered. Learn from them and try not to repeat the same mistakes the following race. That to me is how you improve at this. Beating someone up because they impacted your race does not help matters.
