Just to update you, I have driven a few multiplayer races with the AOR league and while there was still some minor glitches the races went fairly well, nothing that renders the game unusable.

Ok good to know, thanks! We will work on a new champ when all other champ will be over. Should be in February, around that :)

I'd be in for a Thursday night PC2 League GT3 or Open wheel. I have a much better chance of making end of week races than early week races keep me posted please.

Myself and 2 other guys would be interested. Would work better for myself if qualifying could be a half hour later so I can make most races.

Would prefer GTE or Indycar. Or if enough, a multiclass (P2 + GTE)

Updated to this point.

Regarding multi-class, we will try by starting a championship soon before thinking about that. It needs a lot of drivers!

Any interest in getting this going again? I finally got my new PC and Oculus dialed in, and I'm ready to race some real people. I'll sponsor a couple races if we get enough drivers for a decent grid. Not really worried about having it streamed and commentated, just looking for a regular race with people I know aren't punters.

GT3 would be fine, but IMO it's getting a little played out. Personally, I'd love to race LMP900, Formula Reneault, Indy, or maybe even GT1. Something with some downforce! The Ferrari Challenge cars are fun too. Just like GT3 but more POWER! (and much more slidey!) Also, I don't know if you guys have tried RallyX in VR but it's seriously some of the best fun I've had playing a sim.

I know this will probably be tough with spring and summer ahead. I'm TheGreatC81 on Steam as well, and I think Teamspeak too, so shoot me an invite or friend request if you're willing to let a not so talented but clean racing and well intentioned driver into your group. Also, I'm just getting back into PC gaming after a long hiatus to PS4, so I might need a little guidance here and there, but I learn fast so don't worry about me acting like a total noob forever. LOL

Unfortunately, we tried 2 times to start this and it failed. So we will not try and put the effort again 😞

After the next ps4 pcars gt3 season I am going to try and rally support for a specific start date for a PC series. In the months ahead I will continue to find and understand any kinks in the game. I have found a few so far.

If you guys are serious about trying to see if you can get this league up and running and or will work on the recruitment, I'll be happy to provide the website support and spreadsheets for Championship tracking. I just have too much on my plate to try to keep forcing multiple leagues that end up not panning out.

Hootius,
Thank you for a positive response. I actually created a well thought out email with questions regarding league creation but decided the timing is still a bit premature.
I am highly organized and would be willing to take this project on but not until I know I can dedicate the proper amount of time needed.
I have been engulfed in a major 5G telecom project and upon its completion (late 2018/ early 2019) I will then have the time to dedicate.
Max.verticalthreellc@gmail.com or private message in the forum. I would love to go ahead and view your spreadsheets/ data and obviously will keep such files to myself.

Hey Riteaidkid84, I've been out of the loop for a while, but I'd love to get into a PCars 2 league on PC. I got into iRacing for a while, but it's so horribly optimized for modern hardware (especially for VR) that I keep having races ruined by stuttering and screen freezes. So, if there's anything I can do to help recruit or organize, or whatever needs doing, let me know. (david.cristelli2@gmail.com)

In the meantime, hit me up if you (or anyone else) wants to do some PCars 2 races. We could try different classes or mixtures of classes to see what might be good for a future league. GT3 is the obvious choice but there are a lot of good classes in the game so I'd rather not just default to it if we might find something a little different.

Let's keep this up for consideration. There's so much fun to be had in PC2. I'd love to do a rally x league. I didn't really like it on a monitor but in VR it's incredible.

What about a 4Fun race today to see how things go? I'm really interesting in racing a GT3 or a Formula car's PC2 in multiplayer lobbies, but I just can't stand these "wrecking guys" every first corner of a race  :|
My vote goes to a Laguna Seca GT3 Race! What do you guys think?
